The room is super big, and the breakfast is delicious, with so many options. They confuse me a little the different our the breakfast ends. and they weren´t clear that recepction. Also in 4 days, they never made my room.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained and much better than my expectation! Comes with small kitchenette and sofa/table, so much more functional than hotel room, feels 5 star at a very good price, about 500m to train station area with lots of good restaurants and a good Hema supermarket. But most of the time just call taxi. I'd definitely stay here again in Xi'an.

Everyone works in the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and welcoming which made us feel like home. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and experience. We will definitely come back when we visit Xi’an again!

Hotel clean, spacious, convenience

This hotel is great for families. It really helped in our trip that our room has a washer and dryer. Room service was excellent.

Our stay at the Fairway Place was beyond exceptional! The apartment was so spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The entire staff was very welcoming, and did their very best to ensure our stay was exceptional. We would definitely return whenever we find ourselves back in Xi’an.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment with all amenities, including washer and dryer, that made our stay feel like being at home. Breakfast was included and had great assortment of Chinese and American options. Most remarkable was the service provided AFTER we left the hotel and returned to the US. The staff not only located a bag I had left behind, containing my China purchases, but also helped facilitate my shipment of the items back to my home in the US.
