The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. The receptionist said that is not possible because our reservation was pre-paid! Instead we paid the fine. The breakfast is served until 9:30AM,to early for us to can enjoy the second day of this.

Ice and friendly staff especially the young lady from spa

It is exactly what it is cheap . So what would you really expect.

Nice hotel with decent spa, breakfast and shuttle to the gondola
