The air conditioner is broken/damaged. It should be repaired before checking the room and letting customers stay.

The accommodation is very peaceful and private. I loved the garden here; it's the highlight of the place.

Limited parking, mediocre breakfast, and the view isn't that great. There's a 200 baht fine per spot if you soil the bed.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, easy to get to, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are private and not crowded, but there is a bit less parking.

The service is good. I really loved the garden view back of restaurant. Room is small. I recommend hotel to make the sign for hot and cold water in the bathroom. Overall is good for a night I stayed.

Friendly, English speaking front desk staff. Quiet neighborhood next to a few nice eateries and restaurants. Close to a big mall (10-15mins by car) if you need to shop.

Although the decoration is nice but the room is quite small comparing to the Hotel Price, it could have been cheaper and not value for money. The shower room look nice but once you had your shower, every where is getting wet because there is no door to close when you are showing. The whole toilet is wet and very bad.
