The hotel is located right in Centro and the rooms are fully equipped, comfortable and in excellent condition. The owners both speak English as well as Spanish and are an excellent source of knowledge both the local area and Mexico in general. They're both very nice and hospitable. The internet works well and the rooms are equipped with coffee makers, good air conditioning, hair dryers and pretty much everything you would need. On top of all that the price is great. And I almost forgot to mention that there's a terraza on the rooftop that gives fantastic views of the city and surrounding areas.

Very clean very quiet hotel,hard to find a quier little hotel like this in many Mexican Cities. Great shower and bed, judt a nice place to relax.

Loved this hotel. Is very close to Plaza Fundadores and the Alameda Hidalgo. The room had AC, jacuzzi, safe and a large bathroom. There is a roof deck where you get a 360 view of the city. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Centro Historic. The staff was friendly and helpful. No breakfast at this place.

Perfect location! Far enough from the main plazas so that it was quite and calm when we wanted to sleep, but close enough to the main plazas that we could walk to them within 5 minutes. We always felt safe and comfortable when walking through the neighborhoods to all the attractions we wanted to see and loved finding little restaurants and shops to stop in along the way. Staff was friendly and helpful each day and with our special requests like late checkin, and holding our bags after checkout so we could continue to see the city until our ride came to take us to our next destination.

The stay was good, the mattress too soft there were no facial tissues, the attention was good and the service was very good.

Pleasant hotel, updated nicely, quiet local, relatively near attractions, front desk extremely helpful, English spoken, only complaint, bed to soft for my personal taste, otherwise recommended, shall stay again.

The hotel is small and conveniently located within walking distance of the Centro Historico of Queretaro. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious with good internet, cable TV, a coffee maker with good coffee, an ironing board and hair dryer. The price was very reasonable.

Highly recommend this small (eight rooms) boutique hotel, staff and owner (Mauricio) very attentive. Room was comfortable. Spectacular views of the city from the rooftop terrace. Very affordable, will be returning.

Beautiful hotel with hisotrical charm and updated amenities. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I stay in Querétaro every few months, and this is by far my new favorite hotel.

Located on a safe, quiet street near the plaza de los Fundadores, this hotel had the best beds I have ever had anywhere in Mexico. New and modern, with Netflix on your tv if you like to relax at night. Very nice family owners and a great night watchman to let you in.

Great hidden gem in Queretero in a quiet residential part of the centro historico. It is a short walk to the plaza des armes which has one of the best restaurants in Mexico. Part of the Hotel de Meson. We've eaten here twice in ten years and both times is was the best! Zarzarosa is a classic boutique hotel with quaint rooms with everything you need including coffee maker, iron and ironing board. OK, it could have had a bar fridge with some cream but that's pushing the limits. Only two draw backs were the parking, which was a couple of blocks away (safe and secure however) and the morning breakfast, which is optional. We'd suggest skipping the optional breakfast and going to one of the great cafes for coffee and a pastry in the morning.

Llegue con mi reservación y no me la hicieron válida porque no se encontraba su compañera que utiliza expedía, me quede sin alojamiento y tuve que buscar otro hotel el mismo día.

La localización del lugar es buena por estar cerca del centro

Televisión de la habitación tenía un defecto en la pantalla, después de descansar pedí la limpieza de la habitación y me dijeron que no se podía porque la encargada de dicho trabajo no estaba, no había servicio de televisión por cable.

Nada recomendable, cero en actitud de servicio y ubicacion
