Super clean. Amazing and wanted to stay longer

Excellent service, helpful. Bvery clean. Perfect location.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Train station, bus stop and subway were opposite the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Good restaurants close by as well.

The staff were very helpful. Good breakfast . Coffee in the rooms was difficult to do work out and no milk.

My biggest complaint is that the A/C system in the room did not cool down well enough the room. The dial was set for 18 degrees Celsius, but it felt the air temperature was more like 21 degrees or higher. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of electrical and USB charging points. I would stay again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption, wie auch beim Frühstück. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, great breakfast, clean fresh room, comfortable beds and its location means that you can easily walk to shops etc or catch a train to travel further. We will certainly consider returning.

Bei Ankunft im Hotel nach einer langen ermüdenden Reise gab uns die sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Aussicht - sie wusste genau, was uns guttun würde. Großartig!

Es war sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr schön, nur ein bisschen klein (ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer). Das Frühstück war auch für Veganer gut geeignet.

Highly recommended, the location is ideal, with multiple restaurants, shops, and coffee shops nearby, as well as a bus and train station across the street, location couldn’t have been better. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained.

Wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaiserhof. Schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit tollem Ausblick über Stadt, Fluss und Berge, perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof und zugleich nur 15 Minuten bis zum Rhein. Besonders hervorzuheben aber sind die wirklich ausgesprochen freundlichen und zuborkommenden Mitarbeiter, die auf Wunsch auch ein perfektes veganes Frühstück vorbereiteten. .

Very convenient location close to the station, quiet at the same time, nice staff and breakfast, only minus was the floor was not perfectly clean (which I only noted doing yoga though to be fair), bathroom was super clean. overall great stay and I will come again when next in the area for business.
