Absolutely great breakfast each morning and the staff were very helpful. Besides having to pay additionally for parking (when already paying $30/day at Disney and for reference...it was $80 for 5 nights at the hotel), was tough as a single parent on a tight budget. I would stay here again because my daughter loved the pool and the staff were great.

Very nice location and the staff is amazing and very friendly. It could be a cleaner. Which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars

They dont ever clean your room the whole stay!!

Our stay was amazing! The property inside and out was very well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool and restaurant/bar was amazing! Definitely will be staying here again when we go down next year!

Everything in this hotel was perfect i have no complaints

We whole family enjoyed during our stayed there and the front desk staff are all very nice and professional. We loved to come back next time . My kids enjoy a lot in the pool and wanted to visit again .

It was within walking distance of a shopping area. Offered a free shuttle bus to Disney attractions which was convenient.

I like the hotel, property was clean and staff very helpful, but tne down side is a group of people bring tne own cooler with drink and other stuff and everything was dirty next to them, I understand they pay but also i pay as well .

Staff members are polite and efficient. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning was not working in the first room. Ryan promptly switched our room and even upgraded us. Room was clean and comfortable. Room cleaned every other day but had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. Very close to all Disney attractions. The front desk staff were all wonderful and helpful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! We stayed for four nights and they only cleaned our room once. The room and facilities are old. There is no room service at all and they asked is to go to the front desk to get whatever we need… worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Did not know that your hotel do not have daily house keeping, should have inform the customer when check in and have indicate this on your website. Has to ask for more towers and garbage was not empty until house keeping arrived every other day.
