Location to all of old City Marrakech was amazing. Always a short walk to all the tours we did (Cafe de France). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transport to and from the airport was extremely smooth. Location was very safe and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. They welcomed us with a cup of tea on the beautiful terrace and received us much earlier than expected, without making us wait or charging any extra fees. The riad is just a few steps from Jemaa el-Fna, and even though it’s so close, you can barely hear the noise from your room. It’s a great and convenient option to be in the heart of the Moroccan energy and still get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good, and the room was beautiful — with modern features while still keeping that authentic Moroccan touch.

Just steps to the main square which made for easy early morning pickup for our Tour operator. Courteous. Went above and beyond offering to hold our luggage while we were away on Tour. Brought us a bag lunch to the bus as we were departing.

Perfect hospitality, immediately upgraded as a gold customer. Smiling and helpful faces all around. Lovely place as if we were in wonderland.

Super helpful friendly staff. Helped us with transport, some business needs (Copying a document for us) Great breakfast with local honey, fresh squeezed orange juice, yoghurt, one day they made us an omelet. Good coffee. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Riad Marraplace was beautiful! The staff were all amazing! You can really see the pride they take in their work. The riad is very close to the main square, but still quiet enough to get a good rest at night. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Marrakech!!

This Riad is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and it is convenient to everything in the Medinah. The rooms are pleasant and functional, and I enjoyed the Moroccan style present everywhere in the hotel. Every staff member is amazingly friendly and helpful. When I arrived Karim told me everything I needed to know about how to get around, bargain, and enjoy Marrakech. He recommended good restaurants and things to do. If I go back to Marrakech, I will want to stay here.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Marrakech. Few steps away from the market square, tons of dining options even during Ramadan. The staff is very helpful. At one point, Hussein even woke us up so we won’t miss our train to Casablanca with a packed breakfast. Big shout out to Abes, Moad and Hussein and everyone else. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends visiting Marrakech.

Stayed here for four nights and loved it. Location is excellent, right next to the square and all its activity, but the room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast service on the roof terrace was outstanding. The people are lovely; really helpful, they answered all our questions and gave great advice on places to go and how to get there. Would definitely stay here again.

This riad is perfect for anyone wishing to stay close to the medina in Marrakech. The property is always locked to outsiders, which makes you feel very safe. The staff is very welcoming. Since we arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time, we were taken up to the terrace and graciously served mint tea while we waited for them to finish preparations. The included breakfast is more than generous. The room was comfortable and beautiful with its traditional Moroccan decor. We highly recommend this riad for your stay.

We had upgraded to a premium room and it was excellent. Breakfast was very good although we had to walk ip to the terrace for breakfast. We were a group of 8 and the checkin process was very very slow. By the time we checked in and walked by out some of the major attractions were closed. We had planned on seeing the Palace and the famous gardens that evening and missed them. We had to leave the following day.

Excellent value for the money. Convenient location. Friendly staff that makes you feel at home. They went out of their way to help us. Very kind and accommodating!
