The location is quite good and there is a shuttle bus to the airport, which is quite helpful.

500 meters from JR Chitose Station. Comfortable room. The reception staff are very attentive, this hotel has a shuttle bus to go to the airport, especially the departure bus.

Very nice hotel and nice location, the food near the hotel is awesome.

This hotel is perfect for those who wants to stay at Chitose, it's near train station also. If you want to go to Sapporo, just take train and it takes 30 mins to Sapporo. Chitose is a quiet city, for those who wants to avoid city life, Chitose is the good location to stay in. This hotel offered good service and great room. They have free airport shuttle.

Hotel facilities are good, comfortable, delivery and service to guests is very good. It is well worth staying here again for Sapporo. The location is close to the train station to Otaru, Hokkaido
