Nice hotel, very convenient to visit neumarkt old town. Secure paid parking on site. Problem with the hot water (these things happen), was handled very professionally by very polite and friendly staff. Would definately stay there again next visit.

That you have to pay for parking....there is no free parking

Generally nice rooms, in a good location. It took way too long to checkout. There was just one person in line ahead of us, but it took so long to check that one person in. In the least, the agent could have informed us that it would be 5, 10, or 15 minutes, and we would have gone to get a cup of coffee.

It was more than what I expected. The hotel is brand new, very clean, very comfortable and has a great location even if one needs to go to Nuremberg.

👍es war wie immer ein angenehmer Aufenthalt: keine störenden Geräusche von Gang oder dem Nachbarzimmer zu vernehmen, sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot in angenehmer Atmosphäre, gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage (13 €/Nacht), angrenzendes Einkaufscenter mit zahlreichen Gastro- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten👍

Seit Jahren beruflicher Gast, komme immer wieder gerne. Personal und Service sehr gut. Haus sowie Zimmer sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand.

Comfortable and clean hotel located next to a small shopping center with parking. Staff is friendly , rooms are clean and breakfast is rather good.
