The property advertised a free welcome drink, which was not provided. Also did not mention anything clear about the parking arrangements around the place until we got there.

Very nice hotel, good beds and the restaurant had a lovely breakfast. I would stay here again!

Chez Waffle is amazing!

Beautiful cozy boutique rooms. Very spacious, clean and the staff wow amazing. Local to a lot of good spots from, food, activities, culture and so much more.

Excellent location in Cholula: close to the archaeological site, markets, churches, main plaza, museums and restaurants. Great staff in a beautiful hotel. Definitely consider Xoxula when planning a stay in Cholula.

Great location. Parking was difficult as we had to take off panniers and jump the curb with our adventure tour bikes. I do believe that a full dresser bike could not get in. Staff was very friendly.

On a side street, 100 yards from old town shopping one way, 300 yards from higher end restaurants, and 10 minutes from the highest point around with a cathedral on top…yes you can go up! Such a cozy little place.

Perfect location nearby all the best attractions of the town. 3 minute walk to the tourist train station and within 10 to every major attraction. All the best food and bars are also right around the corner. Best place for privacy and convenience.

It wasn´t the room I paid for according to the photo I saw, but it was ok, nice and comfortable. Too bad they don´t have parking because you need to add coins every 3 or 4 hours to the parkimeter

El hotel es lindo, es una casa colonial, muy bien adecuada. Cada cuarto con su baño. La limpieza muy bien, pero lo que mas me gusto fue la amabilidad de la gente a cargo. Muy muy atentos.

Me gustó mucho el lugar y la atención. Todo estuvo muy bien. Puedo sugerir que se ponga en la habitación un mini servicio de café o té.

Un cuarto amplio, limpio, con todas las comodidades, y muy cerca del zocalo

Great location, ample rooms and a very friendly staff. The breakfasts are fantastic too.

Our stay was wonderful:) the rooms make you feel like you have a little cabin to yourself. Cynthia, the manager was so helpful in anything from telling how to get places, where to eat, to setting us up with a tour guide. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main square. Highly recommend it :)

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Room was too hot not very practical, very small bathroom no fridge or coffee maker. Staff will not start serving coffee until past 7 am. Closet space very small.

I enjoyed my stay at Xoxula. It is a small hotel (only 6 rooms) but there's lots of attention to details. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally responsible by serving water in pitchers and not in plastic bottles, toiletries were in big containers and not in individual plastic bottles. The breakfast choices were fantastic. I wished I had stay longer to sample the entire menu. The room didn't have AC. For me that was not a problem as I can do without AC but others might object. I just opened the windows and was fine.

Our trip was great the staff very nice and helpful rooms are large enough four 4 people everything worked in the place great location off the Main Streets very quiet overall outstanding
