Large physical hotel with boutique accents. Great pools and beautiful grounds…thank you!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were given a great room on the 2nd floor with a great view. However one of the 2 elevators was not working when we arrived. The next day both elevators were not working. This made it extremely difficult as both my husband and I are handicapped. Using the stairs was quite the challenge. When I expressed my concerns at the front desk I was told the elevator in the front was fixed. I told him it still was NOT fixed as we had just tried to use it. The man at the front desk continued to argue with me about it! Also after booking the room, this hotel added on an extra $112.50 in various charges and fees. They even charge you to park your car at the hotel (unless you have a handicap placard ). Ridiculous!!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Will not return my calls or emails. I have emailed and called the resort multiple times. DO NOT STAY HERE! STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

There was a problem with the room I booked, so the hotel said they would upgrade it and they would contact me if I waited, but they didn't contact me until 4 o'clock, and when I went to the lobby after 4 o'clock, they gave me a room. The upgraded room was on the top floor, but I couldn't see the sea (I had booked a room with a view of the sea), so I wasn't too disappointed because it wasn't a hotel in front of the sea anyway, but it wasn't much different from the room I had booked. There was a tissue and napkin in front of the room, but I didn't clean it up for two days. There was a stain on the bathroom door and it seems to have been unskilled in cleaning, it was a stain that was easily erased when I erased it because it was uncomfortable to see.

What I loved- the amenities were amazing. Beautiful pool area! With lots to do!! Beautiful room, very clean and tidy. What I didn’t like. Well, hated. This was supposed to be an “ocean view” room. I paid extra. I was put on the third floor that had the sign and the palm tree tops in the way!!! Also, if you want actual sleep, the outside of the building is NOT quiet. The main road is right there, with the stop light right out our room as well. Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations next door. There isn’t a laundry service as advertised as well. I was looking forward to that. So- in summary, to look at- surrounding areas are beautiful, but if you want sleep- find something inland more.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean.Newly renovated free shuttle to and from hotel to the wharf end of all street. Did not have the 2 Lounges and restaurants as advertised

A little farther from Old Town than I expected. They seemed very short staffed, but the property itself is very nice.

Hotel was nice just did not replenish pool towels enough as everyone was looking for towels, for a $50 resort fee this was not acceptable. The extra $15 parking charge on top of resort feee was excessive, especially since hotel shuttle filled up quickly necessitating a drive to old town and parking fees there.

Traffic noise, sirens. I would not stay next to the highway again. Did not use the resort enough to warrant paying the resort fee. There are many other things to see and do in Key West.

Limited food options, Starbucks and poolside pub setting. Room power supplies need to be refreshed with new receptacles for AC, USB, USC etc that work. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

The property was very nice and clean. They had hourly shuttles down to Mallory square which was nice and having Starbucks on property was a plus. Only one bar tender/server for the outside restaurant by the pool. He was great and did good but with all the guest there it took a long time to get our food and drinks. Over all I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice hotel! This was our 2nd stay here! Nice rooms and pools! Very friendly staff! However, roosters started crowing at 4:00 am and never stopped, so we didn’t get a good night’s sleep! Earplugs provided were totally useless!
