The flexibility of being able to check in at our hotel and use the amenities prior to 4 pm was great however there was no kitchen lighting and the faucet in the shower would not stay up so you constantly had to play with the shower nozzle

The hotel was very nice. Check-in was very smooth and the room was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed the whole stay, dont go by the menu on the website, its totally different when you get there. The Roosters waking us up at 230-3am was the worst part of the stay. Next time I'm buying a fan for noise.

Maid service never came by all week except 1 day. Food menu is not the correct as web site and they only had 4 items on menu. Breakfast way over priced and so was the drinks. Room was ok and somewhat dirty. Damn Roosters at 330 am.

Nice hotel! Beautiful view (we were 6th floor, ocean facing), water pressure wasn’t the best, pool is great! Clean, great staff.

Only issue we had was room service didn’t show up until after 4 pm while we were trying to get ready for dinner so we only had full room service on our last night because we had an early reservation

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and we have nothing but great things to say about this place. Front desk manager was very helpful and kind. Staff is friendly. Building is filled with on site amenities (such as big chess, big connect four, and mini golf)and an outside gym. The restaurant onsite had limited food choices for food but the food was delicious. It was my husband's birthday and the concierge was able to help us book the ultimate fury excursion and informed us that since it was his birthday, he gets a free ticket! What a bonus! Also, the hotel shuttle could drop you off a block away and can also pick you up. Only downside was the rooster and how loud you can hear the people outside talking. Aside from that, I highly recommend your stay here.

This property has been newly renovated and is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and lush with palm trees and other tropical flora. The pool bar area was also nice and the bartenders were great. There were still some renovations being done during our stay but the staff did try to accommodate by letting us use amenities at adjacent properties. It’s not in the heart of the action, but they have transport that can take you there. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Basic lower priced hotel that was conveniently located! Staff was very nice and property clean and maintained. Comfortable bed and linen! However, warning, it’s extremely noisy if you have a room on the highway side. All night long I was awakened by motorcycle and car traffic. I should also mention roosters have taken over Key West and starting at 4 AM. They make an ungodly high-pitched squawking sound. It will absolutely wake you out of a dead sleep! Yes, they provide earplugs in your room, but no fun sleeping with them stuck in your ear! Lastly, like all properties nowadays, they have ridiculous resort fees, basically for use of the swimming pool and Internet.

Their fire alarm went off 2 times in a night. The room I stayed in had one window and the shades won’t open.

The rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable. This hotel is about 4 miles from Duval Street. It offered a free shuttle but you need to reserve your spot ahead of time.

- Bathroom door does not lock , does not even close properly. Very inconvenient with toddlers. Never had any bathroom door without locks in my any hotels - Lot of road noise - Breakfast is not bad - Has shuttle stop - Some small play area of kids

Parking isn’t great and got stuck in the elevator twice - door wouldn’t open unless you pressed the close and then open button or close then floor number button.

It’s a lovely property. The staff are excellent. Very clean. The pool area very nice, and the grill there very good. The pool is salt water. One complaint - I’d reserved a King size room but the moved us to a double Queen room, I’m thinking because they get more money from direct reservations rather than through Expedia. Due to this, they did knock off the cost one night’s stay when we checked out, which we appreciated. Nice place to relax overall.

We booked a garden view and the hotel told us, everything except the pool view is a garden view. So don’t let you fool yourself, but it was a street view on a very busy street! The breakfast options were very limited!
