The price is good, the location and access are excellent, close to Dotonbori. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.

I had a great experience staying in Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba. Easy check-in, clean room, and friendly staff. The hotel is only 1 minute from Dotonbori, and 5 minutes to Kuromon Market.

The location is excellent, very close to Dotonbori and the station. The rooms are very pretty, like Barbie houses, but very small. Highly recommended.

The location is really good, just across the street from Dotonburi. The room is small but clean and functional. The staff was really nice as my toddler threw up on the sheet because she was sick, but they didn’t charge me anything to clean up.

This was my first time staying at Fresa Inn Osaka, and I absolutely loved it! From check-in, everything was well organized, and the staff even helped me with my locked luggage, which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back again when I visit Osaka someday. One small area for improvement is that at night the sounds of people screaming in the alley can be really heard. Maybe better with the room soundproof.

Valuable, but the room picture that is shown in the app and the room type don't match, so it made a misunderstanding for me.
