Fantastic and we loved everything ❤️

Following a botch by our airline in getting us to Mumbai on time, the hotel was uncompromising on accommodating changes to our itinerary. Previously, it took several reminders to contact the hotel (including a call when I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and abandoned) to line up concierge needs.

Lovely hotel with amazing rooms and bathroom. Everything was first class and the meal in the restaurant was excellent.

The main reason for my stay being the runway views which didn't disappoint! Overall the room was very spacious and well equipped. The location was ideal, within 15mins of the international terminal. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

was not offered breakfast that I purchased as part of my package with Expedia. I informed both. Neither expressed any concern. I did not waste time sorting it out, but will keep this mind when I book my next hotel via Expedia or consider where to stay during my next trip to Mumbai
