Best hotel and best view ever, hotel very clean.

There is no iron in the room. So far everything else is ok.

Beautiful swimming pool, suitable for families

Old hotel with Room without sound proof. Old Room also expensive. You can heard everything surround you. This place more to child friendly. Walking distance to tourist spot and sea side. Car park availibility which is good. But this my first and also the last visit to this hotel. The hotel just not suitable for my vacation.

Good service, hotel and environment for family trip. Easy to access outside restaurant and amenities around Lumut jetty by walking. Will come again.

Maybe could improve on some area like iron+board ready in the room, there was ants on the table, which you need to be careful to put any foods inside the room. Others, I enjoyed the stay there.

1. Room was not packed at check in 2. Air conditioning did not work well 3. Looks like an old hotel and the price is not affordable with the condition of the hotel. 4. Needs to be improved and maintained properly

Room rates with real conditions are not commensurate. With room conditions no carpets, mere cement. The way the staff reprimanded visitors for not wearing masks was rude, shouting from afar. Her room is not clean. Only good maintanance staff. The owner of this hotel, please repair the aircond, and add lights in the room. Very gloomy! The eating chapter is very common, if you buy breakfast there, it's good to go eat out

Staff not welcoming guest especially front office and f&b, manager also kekwat. Luggage hold at lobby about 1 hour + until we go back downstairs, poor breakfast selection and taste was so so. Only win about location and pool.

Old and very outdated hotel. For RM200 plus I can get a better hotel with better facilities in Pangkor. I had to park all the way to the back of the hotel and walk very far with my luggage to the hotel. Breakfast was served late to my room. Food quality was not up to my expectation. Coffee house was closed for some event and I was not allowed to have my evening tea there. Swimming pool was congested and no water available from the outdoor shower.

Old hotel. Aircond leaked in the room. Swinging toilet bowl, ant tv2, dusty room, slow food service. Ask to send food at 9 am. Only at 10 in the morning can I miss 5 call receptions!

Nice room..big room.. But old TV.. And no carpet.. Food just average.. Overall ok

The toilet was a bit dirty and smelled. But the room is cheap and pretty. Very satisfied with the swimming pool and view room. Just need to fix the condition of the toilet.
