Location is great. Parking was a hassle to find. Once you locate parking, access to hotel is convenient.

Central location , staff is accommodating

Easy access from the underground parking straight into the hotel elevator. Hotel is very clean and staff is great. Center located in Wels, walking distance from many restaurants.

we stayed over the weekend so we could easily park in the street; located centrally; very good breakfast (especially the options) and you can also get coffee to go, we disliked that even though we paid for the more expensive room the only window we had was facing the wall - no light no view nothing - really horrible; hotel restaurant was closed on the weekend so there was no dinner option at the property and staff could not advise us on where to eat; the worst however was the state of the cot provided to us - completely wobbly; overall maybe if you get a normal room and not whatever was provided to us it could make a really nice stay

Great place on short notice. The bathroom area was bizarre. There was no wall separating the shower nor toilet from the room. If you wanted to use those facilities the others needed to leave the room altogether or “look the other way”. Awkward.

Weekend stay with family. Lovely hotel, with great downtown location and nice staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Cosy garden.

Lovely pet friendly hotel, we traveled with our cat and the staff were very accommodating. Spacious room and great breakfast options.

Sauber war es schon, aber von einem außergewöhnlichen Frühstück kann keine Rede sein, wenn man 20 min. auf Gebäck warten muss und keinen freien Tisch findet. Habe Komfortzimmer bestellt mit Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer. Die war zwar da, aber keine Tassen. Im gebuchten 3-Bettzimmer war nur eine Notliege(hart wie ein Brett). Der Jackpot war auch das Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug. Die Krönung zu dem Ganzen war, dass beim Auschecken auch noch extra 30 € für ein Notbett verrechnet wurden, ich aber bereits den Gesamtpreis im Voraus bezahlte! Während der langen Warterei auf Frühstück und auschecken musste ich natürlich die öffentliche Parkgebühr entrichten, da keine privaten Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Ach ja, es waren 2 Getränke für 3 Personen im Kühlschrank? Hier sehen sie mich nicht mehr!

Friéndotelo and helpful staff, hotel in the middle of the town, but quite. Try the restaurant Nasch... (however the Nena ended). Fantastic local food.

Couldn’t turn the heat down in room; had to open windows.

Very friendly staff and the owner made the stay very enjoyable.... Great location and breakfast is simply awesome...
