We stayed there for one night while my husband skied in Verbier. The room was small but clean, warm with a comfortable bed. What was most outstanding was their willingness to make the stay comfortable for us. The woman (I forgot her name) who welcomed us was very kind. We asked if I could wait in their restaurant while my husband was skiing and she let me stay in the room until he was back. That was most thoughtful and kind. We highly recommend this place for people who need a few nights sleep while exploring the area.

Room was very small and untidy. Parking in outside near hotel. Area is noisy and in the night there are many drunk people that screaming loud.

According to the internet you have a restaurant. But, it was not open. Your staff is nice. Your lady from Portugal knows, what it means to be service minded. Most Swiss people could learn a lot from her mentality.

Basic but clean and good value for money. Excellent shower in the bathroom. However, restaurant has been closed for a while which meant we had to go out each evening which was not really a problem because there are plenty of places to eat in Martigny

This hotel is great for short stay, the room is a bit small, the beds are great, washroom has everything you need, breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and helpful and it is located close to downtown and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I paid tax on spot for 4CHF not 2CHF as mentioned In the voucher. The staff mentioned that it’s a tax, not other fee.

The bed is very comfortable and the location is quiet and near the center. room is a little bit old and cold but it's ok for 1 night. mountain view if weather is fine.

Excellent service here, though our room was in the eaves and very small it was clean and comfortable. Didn't have dinner or breakfast here. Parking a bit tight for spaces. Walking distance from the town centre and all the archaeological sights and museum.

Nice Hotel in centre. Nice little bar and good parking. Rooms OK not massive but OK. The down side was they charged me twice despite me showing them I'd paid.

Es war wie im Beschrieb. Kein Luxushotel aber freundlicher Empfang grosses Zimmer und bequemes bett.

Chambre propre, bon accueil. Cependant les murs sont fins et l'on entend les voisins. Cela reste un bon établissement.

Il n’y a rien n’a dire tout est parfait, sa n’a rien n’avoir avec celui de Lucerne.

Bon séjour juste pour dormir. Hôtel bien situé... petite chambre assez vêtuste mais en ordre. Petit bémol.. le produit douche accroché vers le robinet était vide mes 2 jours.. le foen à cheveux coincé dans le radiateur car pas de buffet. Autrement qualité prix rien à dirr.

Posizione vicino al centro città, posto tranquillo e parcheggio comodo. Struttura antiquata, allestimento bagno vecchio e consumato. Il Wi-Fi ha smesso il collegamento a internet dopo poche ore di utilizzo, set di cortesia per il bagno molto povero.
