The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations . It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after . The facilities were excellent and the staff in the pool bar and restaurant were all so pleasant and friendly. João in the bar was an absolutely fantastic guy who was always there with a smile and had a great sense of humour . The rooms, although basic , had perhaps the best showers we’ve used in our total time in Brazil . The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, o quarto bem limpo e ambientes no geral bem cheirosos, só o quarto que fica um pouco a desejar quanto a espaço de armazenamento pois não tem nenhuma prateleira e nenhuma gaveta pra colocar as coisas.

This is an outstanding hotel at an excellent price. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world with a fantastic selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury. The eco-garden was lovely and the facilities looked great even though there was no time to experience them on a very short visit. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzis would have been an undoubted highlight if our stay hadn’t been so short. June is a quiet and comparatively chilly month in Iguazu. In the summer months I would think the outdoor area would prove very popular, especially for families. The room had a well stocked fridge at reasonable prices and there was a useful souvenir shop in reception. The only drawback was the somewhat isolated location. A vehicle would be essential. That said it was pretty easy to order a taxi.

Excelente estrutura, recepção amigável, ótima localização para as atividades. Ótimo para quem gosta de alto padrão de hotel.

I was probably a very nice and beautiful hotel in the past but it kind of needs a little work and love. The staff was amazing and very nice. Overall for the price it was acceptable. I would go back probably. Good thing too is that it’s 10 minutes from the airport and they came pick us up with a shuttle upon arrival.

No fue agradable llegar al hotel, la habitación nueva, bonita pero no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado, nos ofrecieron 3 habitaciones diferentes pero en ninguna funcionaba, la explicación fue que "están en obras", finalmente nos dieron otra habitación donde funcionaba bien, nos ofrecieron una gentileza de almuerzo en la pisicina, al hacer el check out nos quisieron cobrar el almuerzo.

Hotel excelente: cama confortável, quarto limpo, comida do restaurante deliciosa. Área de lazer grande, perto de um shopping e algumas atrações. Agradecimento especial ao Demas, da Recepção, muito cortês e eficiente. Aos Garçons Wagner, William e João (piscina) pela alegria e atendimento excepcional.

Large road construction in front of hotel. There was no way to walk anywhere and taxis were slow to find

O hotel é bem bacana, tem uma estrutura de diversão/recreação muito boa, amplo espaço, esta passando por reforma. Para quem tem crianças a equipe de recreação é muito boa e atenciosa, além de ter um parquinho na parte interna novo muito bom. Fica na rodovia em direção as cataratas, com fácil acesso ao shopping.

Excelente custo x benefício. Muitas atividades, espaçoso e perto de tudo.

When I booked for 2 rooms I thought each room will be the same room each other….‘couse I payed for 2 same rooms and not for different…and they me for me and my sister complete different rooms…my was good exactly what I booked and the 2nd room poor with cockroaches…disgusting

O hotel superou positivamente todas as expectativas. Com uma infraestrutura completa, acomodações confortáveis, área de lazer ampla e jardins lindíssimos (áreas verdes), minha família e eu pudemos desfrutar de dias maravilhosos. O atendimento em geral é muito bom, mas gostaria de destacar a garçonete Kelly. Ela atendeu a minha família durante algumas oportunidades e esteve sempre atenta aos detalhes. Foi cordial, rápida e assertiva… sem dúvidas, fez a diferença. Eu super recomendo esse hotel.

Ótimo custo benefício. Confortavel, boas amenidades, porem bastante barulho em quartos conjugados com terceiros, poderiam melhorar a vedação interna.

Terrível! O quarto muito pequeno!E olha que reservamos um premium.Achamos barata no quarto! Alem disse a região da piscina é impraticável pelo tanto de pernilongo e mosquito.

O hotel é muito agradável, as dependências são ótimas para quem buscar relaxar. Só a cobrança do estacionamento não gostei, achei desnecessária.

Good value for money, large room, good beds, good breakfast, good parking. Facilities need renovation. Negative point for the use of cleaning products with a very strong and unpleasant smell.
