This pension, located in the heart of the old town in Bermeo is as basic as they get. The town is so small that accommodation options are few and far between, so pickings are slim.
We did have a private bathroom, and the service was warm and welcoming, but we barely got a wink of sleep due to zero soundproofing (from other rooms, from street level noise) and ancient plumbing that intermittently made awful sounds.
If you're driving, also know that there's no parking on adjacent streets so you have to figure out how to unload your bags and then get to the closest option at the port - a 5 minute walk away.
