very friendly staff

At 1 o'clock in the morning, people started having a party on the terrace playing music and talking so loud that woke me up. It seems like there is no rule for guest to be quiet at night. I could not sleep at all.

The staff was great. The place was quiet. We were able to rest after a full day of activities. They offered complimentary coffee or teas daily in the morning and evenings. The only thing was that the hot water was not working and the water is pretty cold.

Room is ok, but bathroom is pretty beat up. Staff are nice. Good for backpackers, but not for family.

Simple friendly accommodation and good value for money. Excellent location.

Great location, clean, staff friendly. Rooms and bathrooms need a little upgrade.

The staff is excellent they kept the property very clean. They are very accommodating. There's a lovely garden setting complete with a cat a parrot and a goldfish pond. Out of their control. the water is brown. It leaves you and your clothes unclean. Construction next door starts at 7:00 a.m. 7 days.

The bad thing in this place …. The bathroom of our room was outside the room on the hallway so totally disappointed 😗

I love Capricho

Very nice location just seemed a little outdated. It was very hot in the room, but we understood due to the season. Maybe extra fans in the room would’ve helped.

Good location. The towels smelled unfresh but other than that it was fine for one night.

Love this place, second year I've stayed here. It's clean, colorful and cheerful, also off main street so quiet.

Essentially a private room hostel, it’s a safe and easy spot to stay, great location in Panajachel (just a couple minutes walk to the lake). The staff is friendly and responsive.

Staied in large room on top with own terrace. Great reception by hotel staff. Good value for money. Only cold water in shower.

This hotel is in good condition, nice rooms and ambiance. It has a great location along the main road and close to the lake, easy access to food, shopping, ferries. The main intersection of the road plays loud music, but you are at the opposite end so it is quiet except for a rooster that continuously crows all through the night...bring ear plugs! :D This place was safe and great value.
