This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is great for proximity to restaurants and the sites of Valletta, although you need to be OK with steps and steep roads. It is not too far to the bus station from where you can get anywhere and only 5 minutes walk to the Gozo fast ferry. The breakfast was excellent considering how few rooms there are here. Finally, the hotel arranged a car to get back to the airport and the driver comes to the hotel and helps get luggage to the car. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location easy walk to all the attractions in historic Valletta. Breakfast selection and service was excellent. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff friendly.

What a fabulous small hotel. Staff were genuinely friendly and very informative about where I wanted to go. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a wide range of freshly made options including local Maltese food. Very convenient but enough off the beaten track to make it quiet. Would highly recommrnd.

Wonderful stay This hotel has a magnificent location, within walking distance of the most important places of interest in Valletta. Small, cozy. Comfortable room, excellent amenities. Indulge guests with cakes, muffins and fruit at the reception. Delicious breakfast. But most importantly, the staff, very friendly, help you with everything you need to be comfortable. My gratitude to everyone, especially Mary Ann. I hope to return.

The ladies who worked the reception were the sweetest and most accommodating. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

The two lady receptionists were very helpful, e.g.: asked how my room was, then fixed the problem of the air-conditioning, though it took 2 goes; quickly offering coffee as needed; helped ordering transport to the airport, coming out to where I was waiting in the next street, to say the car was stuck in traffic, then waited with me until he arrived. The balcony was pleasant but too busy sightseeing to use it.

No hot water for showering. I was told to wait until the tank filled up but had to leave for a flight. Don’t stay here if you don’t lik cold showers.

Excellent/wonderful check-in young lady, she was just great. 19 Euro taxi ride from the airport, 30 Euro from hotel back to Airport. Great location, walk to all sites. Great A/C. Great Hot water. Very new and update room and bathroom. Very quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Refrigerator was worthless and never cold. Very nice private patio. Nice quality bed linens. Beautiful hotel! We stayed on the top floor room which had an amazing balcony with a view of the Three Cities. Staff was very attentive and room was clean and spacious and stylish. Very close to the Upper Barrakka Gardens. Convenient location within walking distance of all major spots in the city, but the street itself was quiet. Would definitely recommend =)

This is an amazingly stylish, absolutely spotless little hotel with very friendly staff.

Charming and quirky. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast really good value. Bed exceptionally comfortable and I’m a very fussy person re beds! Minor quibble - fridge wasn’t able to keep things v cold in the heat of a Maltese summer.

I had a really comfortable stay here, just felt at home. The hotel is pretty trendy, bed was super cozy and the breakfast is delicious. They provided a dressing gown and slippers, and having the nespresso machine in the room was great! They let me check in about 1-2 hours early which was very much appreciated after a 3am start. The location is excellent, around the corner from busy streets and the harbour. Under 10 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Gozo and to the bus terminal. A few doors up there is really fun live music on Fri and Sat nights at a restaurant and its 3 mins walk to Upper Barrakka gardens. Only negatives were that the safe in my room didnt work and wasn’t attended to even after asking a couple of different people to help. They replaced my towels every day which was unnecessary. Watch out for charges, I was charged for some snacks and not others and not for the water.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and a good shower!

The staff was wonderful, they left thoughtful touches around the room after every cleaning, and were accommodating to my gluten and lactose intolerance. The breakfast was great: oats, dried fruit, freshly squeezed juice, cold cuts, eggs, sausage, toast, cake, fresh fruit... you name it. The only downside was the terrible water pressure in the shower!

Very friendly and cooperative staff, always ready to aid us and make ourselves comfortable. Thank you Inzi for your excellent travel tips, you were really kind and helpful !!! Our room, called the Fitness rooom, was beautifully decorated and really big, we loved it!!!

We stayed for 4 nights. We found our suite to be aesthetically gorgeous but ergonomically disappointing. There were not enough surfaces to place our personal items beside the bed or by the sink. The lighting in the living area and hall was lovely but you had to choose between having all the bright fixtures on, or none. When we arrived in the room the heat was on and there were no instructions how to operate the A/C. The instructions were wrong for the safety desposit box. The hotel literature, including online, states they have Room Service...there is no room service. Now, On the PLUS side: the beds were extremely comfortable., ALL the Staff are very kind, friendly, and eager to please, and the morning buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had . The location is central to all of Valletta. Remember, You must walk up about 35 shallow steps if you arrive by car. Let the hotel book a driver for you from the airport because they know how to access the area and will carry up your luggage. Tip is included, btw, and the charge will be added to your hotel bill. I would stay here again.
