Great room! Lovely staff, however the air conditioner was not cool enough even though it was turned down. If possible, the hotel should arrange more fans in each room. Otherwise, everything else is very good.

The first thing when checking in is that the receptionist asks to check each item in the room and if there is any problem or missing item without reporting it to them, you will be fined. It took about 30 minutes for me to check in according to their request, this doesn't happen at other hotels. Too annoying. The swimming pool is small and there is no staff there. You should bring your own shampoo and shower gel because they give very small tubes. The staff on call every shift is very unfriendly, often speaking briefly and hanging up first. Poor sound insulation. You can clearly hear the tables, chairs and walking upstairs moving, you can clearly hear the staff in the hallway every morning. They knocked on the door at 8am even though there was no request to clean the room. Besides. The hotel is in a convenient location. The room is quite clean but some items aren’t arranged properly

Booked via app on 02/07-02/08, there was a promotion so the price for a double room was quite cheap. Paid in advance but the staff's attitude was still very ok, no discrimination. The room had a little sea view, clean, just like the picture. Impressed by the receptionist in the morning when checking out, her style was very professional, her attitude was also very friendly when communicating, always remembering the guest's name. The hotel is not located on the front of Tran Phu street, in a car alley and very close to the road (about 20m), cars have to be parked for a fee outside the hotel (70-100k/day and night) but it is also opposite the alley of the hotel very close so it's okay. Overall very ok, give 9/10 points

I booked a room here for 2 people, it was very ok even though I booked close to the date, the room was very good, new furniture, spacious, enough amenities compared to the price, however, my only suggestion is that the hotel should put the wifi password in the room instead of leaving a board under the reception desk, there is a phone in the room but there is no note of the phone number to call the reception, a bit inconvenient.

enthusiastic and attentive receptionist.. I stayed on the 15th floor with sea view, balcony + spacious room + clean bathtub and toilet.. everything is 10 points.. downstairs walking distance to the beach.. laundry.. spa.. thousands of foods are available in the hotel alley ❤️

The room is normal, the hotel has depreciated a bit too much and is not as beautiful and shiny as the advertising picture. Rented 2 rooms, when received, 1 room's lavatory was clogged and the water could not be drained, 1 room asked for additional paperwork but unfortunately it was not allowed.
