I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly visit again!

The walls were thinner and I heard all night talking next door, bathroom drain was clogged, parking was not available as was advertised.

Staffs were very kind. Overall everytjing was good. I wish that there were more amenities such as slippers, more toilet paper, bathrobes.

The hotel suppose to be a 4 stars, but it is far away from that. To start with, the hot water was not always available, so every time going to the shower it was a surprise for what you will get. When asked about it at the reception, I was told that they don't have hot water??? Second of all, the sink was leaking and the drainage of the bath tub was not working well, so after the shower you end up with ankle high water. The pool of the hotel was not working, but funny enough, all the reception was smelling like chloride really strong. The hotel should be renovated because the condition of the room was slightly disappointing, including the terrible bathroom and non existing sound isolation from the corridor and neighbours. The only thing working properly was an AC.

A very nice indoor pool, gym and sauna.. The property is near to shops and markets, and the public transportation stop is in front.. Pleasant multi-lingual staff..

Maintenance, very bad smell,a/c. It working in one room the other room water leak from the hot tap . Breakfast and coffee not good. I will never go back and the money they charge for the room

Got the room at location and at a way better price than what the hotel was requesting and at 4 am !

Air-conditioning in the room was very low. Wasn't felt. To open the window was the solotion. They did offer another room but a lot smaller. Bed wasn't comfortable you can feel the springs. Blackout curtains isn't blocking light. There is a blinking sign outside which you can see it's blinks in the room. No Espresso in breakfast..no juice in breakfast just water.

Fortunately we only stayed 1 night but that night was unbearable the aircon was so hot that. We had no sleep and the

overall it is a nice hotel with nice staff. However, the A/C in the Apartments does not get as cold as it should especially compared to regular rooms.

The bed is bad. Not comfortable and it seems old. I could not sleep verywell because of bdd
