It is ok. Don't expect much. The staffs are very nice. This is the first hotel where the bathroom is "dirty"...other peoples hair still in tub drain. Therefore make me question the cleanliness of the hot tub as it is the same until.

Hotel is dated but decor was nice. Room had only one plug in to charge devices. Room had everything we needed and breakfast had good selections.

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet area. Spa bath is spot on, yet it takes a while to run some hot water.

Friendly people. Drove us to monster village and xitou on 2 different days. Breakfast spread is ok, more of Chinese style food. (There's cake when I was there) Nearby has nothing to see or eat though. If coming by public bus, it is just a 2-3min walk after alighting.

自費單點晚餐好吃，但早餐可能是員工煮不是廚師煮，品項不多＆口味不好吃！房間有暖氣很棒！淋浴水壓很夠～沖熱水澡澡很舒服！櫃檯服務人員很親切！隔壁竹林很優美！

旅宿位於溪頭附近（開車5分鐘左右），地點還算便利。雖然旁邊沒什麼商家，但旅宿本身就有經營餐廳，提供的中式餐點味道還不錯，方便住宿的客人解決晚餐和早餐。 我們這次是家族旅遊，入住的是景觀四人房，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨舒適，窗外還有開闊的山景，整體頗令人滿意。

帶著長輩旅遊吃好睡好是我最重視的。金台灣山莊餐廳料理很美味，房間乾淨舒適，櫃檯人員事前連絡還會溫柔提醒如果超過用餐時間，建議吃飽再入住，服務很好。距離溪頭森林遊樂區又近。有機會會再入住。

浴室沒有掛衣服的勾，沒有浴簾，沐浴時弄濕地面，雙人床質素差及靠邊放，另一人起床時很不方面，早餐食物差及不美味，早餐時間未完就收走了咖啡機。

第二次入住, 離溪頭非常近 房間和浴室都很打掃得很乾淨, 接待人員也很親切 房內就有飲水機很方便, 早餐也有一些選擇, 整體入住覺得很不錯 如果房內可以有冰箱會更好 馬桶有裝免治馬桶但不能使用, 有點可惜

環境優美，空氣清新，早上起來散步，竹林就在附近，有溪水聲潺潺，雀鳥星吱吱！房間簡潔整齊，有茶包及冷熱水供應，浴室花灑亦很強勁，整體來說，感覺不錯，可以再來。
