The room was amazing and breakfast was delicious

It was an excellent stay, really friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is beautiful and kept in great condition. The location is perfect and great parking. Can’t wait to return!

Lovely stay would give 5 star but air conditioning had broken and room was so hot unable to sleep, alternative were given but not working. Would have complained more at time but there for a wedding and did not have opportunity or time.

Was put in a room on the 2nd floor, air conditioning was not working & temp was unbearable. They put a mobile unit in the room but far too noisy. Ended up with 2 fans, not very good. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.

Stayed last year as a treat for my wife's birthday. We decided to do the same again this year and once again had a fantastic time. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

Clean: The whole hotel room included was immaculately clean. Staff: very friendly ladies greeted us on the front desk and took us through the checking process. Very straight forward. Hollie greeted us every morning with a smile & friendly chat nothing was too much trouble with serving us our breakfast. Which I have to say my pancakes were amazing. Parking: very easy pulled up to the gate unfortunately a little glitch the button to call the desk it didn’t work I walked in and the lady on the desk buzzed my husband through but it was one of the hottest days of the year so not a major problem. We have stayed several times and that’s the first time we had a problem.

As usual my stay was wonderful The staff cannot do enough for you Standards in all areas are very high! This is what keeps me returning…on that note, I’m wondering if there could be some kind of reward , ie a free dinner, or returning guests?!

What an amazing hotel, we had a two day stay in the Venetian Suite, a lovely room. Greyfriars is a beautiful hotel with a chilled vibe. On our second night, (after our wedding) we walked in and the staff had filled the suite with rose petals and some lovely chocolates. We live around 30 minutes away but will be staying again for a date night or two 😉

we had a leaky toilet which caused us to lose one night's sleep...it would not stop despite me trying to rectify the problem. bad news which spoilt our stay.

Clean room, courteous staff, good parking Breakfast was good, however noticed Weetabix packets, I was served over a month out of date, waitress apologised. Hopefully just human error, no repercussions so far

Parking felt incredibly safe with Gated entrance, staff were amenable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Cocktails were fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We look forward to returning

We stayed for a couple of nights as a birthday treat. lovely friendly staff who went above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble. The room was amazing had everything we needed, and very clean. no complaints from us would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet lovely hotel

An excellent experience. Friendly staff excellent food easy parking. Our suite was spacious with a large bathroom and a dressing room.

Firstly, the parking is very secure and free. The room was clean, but the coffee machine made lukewarm drinks and the base of the taps need a deep clean. The double bed was the smallest I've ever seen unless I wanted to pay hundreds more. Breakfast wasn't good, the scrambled egg was smothered in butter and salt, the bacon was dry and overcooked and the toast was cold and dry, dirty napkin and customers were asking for things like baked beans, coffeess etc and they were getting these. The young lad working on the bar was great, really polite and chatty. The woman on the bar took it upon herself to try my cocktail before serving it to me! So it really was a bit hit and miss. I'd have preferred Premier Inn to be honest.
