Dear Holiday Inn Hotel, previously I was very impressed when I entered the luxurious lobby area and friendly service. But when I entered the room, there were obstacles 1. The bathtub drain was difficult to open. We informed the housekeeping, thank God it could be opened, but after it was filled and I wanted to throw it away again, the drain still couldn't be opened 2. The TV is not a smart TV, it is very important for those who have children to change channels if there is YouTube 3. The swimming pool is dirty with lots of bird feathers, etc. 4. There was a miscommunication during check-out time, it is very unfortunate that a star hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the staff cannot maintain customer privacy. Tbtb they were able to open my room door when I was taking a shower and my husband was on the balcony. With the pretext that they wanted to greet the next customer, can't they check the previous room first whether the guest has checked out or not? Hopefully this incident will not happen again to others. And I was very traumatized when the hotel room was suddenly opened by the staff, even though I had rung the bell several times, even though I was getting ready to open the door, they were still impatient and finally my room door was opened. Hopefully this can be an evaluation for the future 🙏🏻🙏🏻
