Friendly staff, always smiling. Clean, fairly large room. Clean bathroom, complete bathroom amenities, kimonos, clean white towels, cool AC. Swimming pool, plenty of gym equipment, great hangout spot. Breakfast has lots of variety, delicious food, and the cakes and ice cream are delicious. Will come back again, God willing.

Dear Holiday Inn Hotel, previously I was very impressed when I entered the luxurious lobby area and friendly service. But when I entered the room, there were obstacles 1. The bathtub drain was difficult to open. We informed the housekeeping, thank God it could be opened, but after it was filled and I wanted to throw it away again, the drain still couldn't be opened 2. The TV is not a smart TV, it is very important for those who have children to change channels if there is YouTube 3. The swimming pool is dirty with lots of bird feathers, etc. 4. There was a miscommunication during check-out time, it is very unfortunate that a star hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the staff cannot maintain customer privacy. Tbtb they were able to open my room door when I was taking a shower and my husband was on the balcony. With the pretext that they wanted to greet the next customer, can't they check the previous room first whether the guest has checked out or not? Hopefully this incident will not happen again to others. And I was very traumatized when the hotel room was suddenly opened by the staff, even though I had rung the bell several times, even though I was getting ready to open the door, they were still impatient and finally my room door was opened. Hopefully this can be an evaluation for the future 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I was very impressed staying at Holiday In, I got an upgrade to a room with a bathtub and a cake. The food and facilities are very kid-friendly. I want to stay here again next time.

I was disappointed that the breakfast food was not tasty and why was there Indomie for breakfast at a 4 star hotel? It was very disappointing, the hydrant was broken, the choice of food menu orders, etc., was complicated.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. Everything went very well. We requested for a birthday sliced-cake for our daughter, but the hotel exceeded our expectation by decorating the room with animal towel and beautiful writings on the mirror. The cleanliness of the Onsen Area was spot on. The breakfast had many different menus, we could order special coffee (cappucino, cafe latte, etc.) and there was one special corner for little children to do biscuit decoration. Will definitely recommend this hotel for short getaway with families.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are really good, the restaurant and the quality of the food at breakfast are delicious and have lots of variations, the hotel is very family friendly, for a 2-3 day escape it is really worth it here.

Stayed here on the 2nd day of Eid 1446H.. When entering the hotel area, greeted by a very friendly and smiling security guard. For the check-in process, it was fairly easy and fast, I was assisted by Nadya at the friendly and helpful receptionist. Oh yes, free parking is taken care of at the reception. The room is very clean and modern, I booked a standard king size room with a fairly large bed. The interior of the room is quite modern. We had the opportunity to stay at this Holiday Inn to celebrate our child's birthday, where we got a slice of cake and a little birthday decoration for our child from the hotel. My child was very happy with the attention, For breakfast, there were quite a lot of choices from Indonesian, western, Korean, Japanese and Indian dishes.. The check out process was very fast.. Overall, all the staff at this hotel are very friendly, starting from security, check in/out counter, housekeeping, restaurant, even the service on WhatsApp was very quickly responded to.. Thank you Holiday Inn for the service and friendliness, we are satisfied staying at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka

That was my third time staying in holiday-inn jababeka the first two visits were so good, I mean the breakfast~ but the last time, less variety of food, the fruits (especially the watermelon) was not fresh (smelly and a bit sour). But afterall the experience was so good
