The lamps in the rooms did not turn on and there is mold in the bathroom high on the walls.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We checked in late and the room they gave us a room where the bathroom was full of black mold. We asked to move to another room and it was worse. It was after midnight so we just closed the door to the bathroom and went to bed. Next day we asked to be moved again and the 3rd room had black mold. The lady at the front desk called someone on the phone and they promised a credit for the next 2 days we had reserved so we could move to another hotel an dhere is is a month later and no credit. I tried to contact the hotel 3 times and hotels.com after and nothing. That whole hotel is infested with black mold and not a safe place to stay. If I could give it zero stars I would. Pictures are from the first room. The other rooms were worse. I don't know how this hotel has good reviews or the stars/rating it does. Websites should review this hotel and drop it if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The property doesn’t have parking, which makes uncomfortable. The room is okay, but we found a cockroach alive next to the bed the night before we checked out.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Small hotel in a quiet residential area. Staff was professional and I had a good quiet night there.

Beware and so careful with the hotel management, they pretend that they don't understand English just to steal your money! Usually I walked in to the hotel to check the room up before I make a booking, and I've liked room 15,so I made my booking, and they've claimed that the type of room in Expedia email is different and I have to pay an extra 440 pesos, which I refused and didn't check myself in,and then I walked away. Expedia tried hard to get my money back from them, and they said they going to charge me for one night out of the two. Get the picture!

The Hotel facilities are extraordinary, clean and nice staff. The restaurant food is spectacular, but there's no place to park. However, I will return.

The last day of stay in the Hotel No water to take shower o use the bathroom

Our room wasnt ready at our arrival. No hot water. A door missing in the shower. No TV service.

The hotel was amazing. It is small and very cozy. I believe they said it has 17 total rooms its like staying at someones house. It was very clean. I loved the location as it was not on the main street but walking distance from a big outdoor mall. Will definitely be coming back.

New, clean rooms. Loved the shower. Staff is friendly and accomodating. I do reccomend it.
