Currently our ski family is sheltering in place and stuck in Dubai due to a war. With no flights in or out of Dubai due to a war! This hotel and its management staff have refused to assist in a refund, partial refund, date change/ credit note to use when flights resume. They simple do not care that there is a war and are happily taking our money without any assistance. This hotel management team is shameful.

Beautiful considerate service. Lovely fresh continental breakfast. Room felt premium and good for the money. Interesting lights in the bathroom, the whole place just felt well sort out. Reception went over and above for us. Thankyou for having us.

We’re staying here for the second time now and can’t recommend enough. The friendliest and kindest staff, perfect location, great breakfast, lovely bar for coffee / drinks, close walking distance to the ski lifts. Rooms are spacious and clean. A wonderful hotel!

Recommend :) We used the hotel for one night, before starting out two day hike into the surrounding mountains. The receptionist was welcoming, and helpful even after our later than expected arrival. (thanks so much to the tall gentleman whose name I dont remember) Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was good. Thanks for a short but lovely stay and also looking after our car for the one night.

The staff were incredibly helpful - including helping us book dinner each night and printing our boarding passes. The breakfast was an incredible buffet with gluten free options and great coffee. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated. The location is incredibly central - it couldn’t have been in a better place. Only negative - the wifi doesn’t really work in the rooms, but we didn’t really find that a problem.
