I want to highlight one important issue i had to dealt with during my stay. Booking done for 2 adults and one child 15 years) . At the time of checking i ws asked to pay additional charges for child and i inisited i did the booking for 3 people. According to the hotel , It wouldnt have been a problem, if i booked for 3 adults ( means i need to give wrong information about my son identitiy). Does it make nay sense?? Either you need to remove the age category from your portal or give excat inforamtions while booking. finally Hotel agreed to my point and approved it without any additional payments, which i appreciate, but we wated almost 30 mints for this.

It was good. Check in and out was smooth. Air port transfer is expensive
