The facility overall is very very good. We were here for a wedding and stayed two nights. The rooms are spacious and the shower is fantastic. My only (minor) complaints would be the room was very very warm and that the bar is incredibly expensive. Would recommend 👌

We were disappointed with the meal and service on the night we ate at the hotel. We felt the menu had limited choices and we both had fish and chips and the fish was quite greasy. The service was limited as there was a large golfing group in the buffet area that needed to be dealt with, so perhaps it would have been better had they not needed all the staff to deal with them. The parking was great and plenty of room for many cars. The breakfast on both morning was good and plenty to chose from. The reception staff on arrival were helpful and whilst we were shown a double bed room they quickly changed it into a twin bed configuration that we had originally asked. We would stay again but maybe eat off the premises in the evening.

Really enjoyed our night here for our anniversary. Room was bright, airy and clean and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. One thing we did notice is that it does require some maintenance on the outside. Our room was on the 1st floor, with a small balcony. Although the weather was fine, we were unable to sit out there as there was too much sitting rainwater, and from looking on the ground up, the balcony edges were worn and looking tired/ messy. Apart from this, was a very good stay, and would recommend to others.

Room was very old and outdated. Dust was on most surfaces. The walls were so thin. We were woken at 5:45am with a neighbour snoring and we could also hear when they used the bathroom! For a surprise 50th birthday stay it was very disappointing. Pictures on the web do not give a good representation.

I've stayed a few times, you get a decent stay, it's not magical, but it's decent. This time was less than my benchmark, but it was good for location, parking and price. I cant' complain too much.

Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Good facilities in room but it was incredibly hot during our visit so a fridge in room would have improved our stay as no air conditioning but not many days in England you would need it. Breakfast was lovely, small but everything you could want. Evening menu was a bit limited and I probably would go somewhere else for an evening meal. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful.

A nice and reasonably priced hotel with decent rooms. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. Rooms with a view over the golf course are great.

The Junior Suite is an attic room with three beds and a sofa that turns in to a bed. The bathroom is amazing. With bare white walls and only two orange chairs for colour it was very sparse. These chairs were placed to look straight out of the window and the view. Our view was over a field that had the what looked like waste tanks and diggers. To remedy the situation if the room was rearrange so that the corner sofa faced away from the bed. The television was put at the end wall, instead of in the middle of the room, it would make a dedicate lounge area more than just beds in the room. A feature wall with a good pop of colour really would make a difference. Pictures on the walls would be a welcome addition. A standard lamp or table lamp in the living area and side table really would upscale this room and make it feel sumptuous rather than just an attic space with beds in. I would be wary of booking this room as a suite as it doesn’t feel like one. Just a bit of thought and design could make this room an amazing space
