Zdecydowanie nie polecam pobytu w Baltica Residence (BR) ani Villa Baltica (VB). W przeszłości kilkakrotnie gościłem w BR i uważałem to za solidne, budżetowe miejsce. Niestety, obecnie należy je omijać szerokim łukiem. Miałem zarezerwowany pokój Deluxe. Podczas zameldowania zapytałem, czy przydzielony mi pokój jest zgodny z moją rezerwacją. Recepcjonistka potwierdziła. Na miejscu okazało się, że pokój jest znacznie mniejszy niż w ofercie i nie posiada dodatkowej dwuosobowej sofy oraz stołu, które są standardowym wyposażeniem w tej kategorii pokoju (zawsze wybierałem pokój Deluxe w BR). Dodatkowo, pokój był bardzo brudny, a kaloryfer w łazience nie był wycierany od co najmniej pół roku. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji VB, poinformowano mnie, że mają „lekki overbooking” i mogą zaoferować mi inny pokój, nawet wyższej kategorii, ale w Villa Baltica, czyli w innym hotelu niż zarezerwowany. Poprosiłem o rozmowę z menedżerem, lecz pani nie potrafiła wyjaśnić tej sytuacji. Co więcej, próbowała mnie przekonać, że pokój niższej kategorii to w zasadzie Deluxe, tylko bez sofy. To absurd. Obsługa na recepcji była nieuprzejma i nieuczciwa, co dodatkowo pogorszyło mój pobyt. Ostatecznie spędziłem czas w kiepskiej jakości apartamencie Villa Baltica, gdzie serwis jest jeszcze gorszy. Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel.

Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

Wonderful hotel! The location is super convenient. Close to the center and beach, and located in a quiet area. Nicely decorated rooms, welcoming staff, and great breakfast!

I would appreciate if property has contact me before arrival that ch in is in the other buliding. As I have message them before my arrival that i will be quite late around 22 would be nice just courtesy text or mail hey ch in will be possible here etc. I arrived by uber from airport with suitcase after 22. And then I had to drag it to other buiding to ch in. And than back. But Breakfast was nice. Room as well, bathroom very lovely bright and spacious. Maybe the carpet need to be changed or cleaned as it looks like stain of vomitt by bed.

Baltica Residence was an utterly positive surprise, where the staff went out of their way to make things easy and practical, and where everything was so new, clean, modern and comfortable. The little walk to the breakfast at the older "mother hotel" Villa Baltica right by the beach was nice in the morning, and a delicious breakfast. This is definitely a place to stay again later - such good value for money!

I was impressed about the room condition. Room was very clean bright. Only downside (for me) was, that the twin room has quite small beds. If you are used to sleep on wider beds, you will have to be careful to not fall down during your sleep. Breakfast buffet decent, looks maybe small, but has great selection for everybody. I can only recommend this property further, close to the beach, nice breakfast (in "main building", Villa Baltica), clean rooms, friendly staff.

We've stayed at Baltica Residence July 25-27, 2016. It's a great little place except nobody told us you have to go to its parent hotel to check in. Baltica Residence is all fenced up and you can't get in without a key. Luckily other guests were just leaving and they told us. Also, even though there is parking around the place, the hotel was short on the remote gate openers, so we had to park at the parent hotel. That's on the negative side. On the positive: great location, insanely good breakfast included in price, and staff sure did their best to make up for the lack of a remote. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very comfortable little hotel, good value for money. Only downside was that we had to go to a neighbour hotel for breakfast some days, where there was slightly less choice of food available.

Fint hotell. Rent og pent. Store flotte rom.Litt støy og persienner som slipper inn mye lys, kan påvirke søvnen. Frokost i "moder hotellet" 150 m nedi gaten. Det går fint , hjelper at det er meget bra frokost!

Staff are excellent and kind. Even though I booked by hotels.com, the officer told me that they saw «expedia» on the screen, and they don’t see three people. But they immediately solved the problem and helped us. Recommeded for families; silent and extremely clean.
