Wow wow wow! What can i say! Will the manager and his magnificant team! The food was delicious and the lobster was simply divine! Tender and juicy with the parmasan truffle fries! What a delight! And the creme brulee was simply the best ive ever tasted! And the gorgeous smooth french sauv wine was perfect on the palet! What a delectable treat for the taste buds! Wow again!! What can i say! Utter perfection from start to finish! I cant compliment the food business management and team enough! My heart is melted like the food on my tongue! What a super and wonderful meal and night, thank you so so much for your kindness and hospitality ❤️❤️❤️

Fabulous stay at the Plough, a real gem & worth every penny. Quality & comfortable well designed & decorated rooms with clean crisp white bedding, towels & lovely extras. We had evening meal which was delicious great staff big shout out to Will who goes above & beyond to make your stay superb & also the young night porter last night too. Highly recommend & will definitely be back. If your visiting Open Air theatre the Plough offer a great service to residents with a shuttle bus to & from the theatre saves a lot of hassle, waiting & taxi fees 👍

If you’re wanting that meal that’s special this is the place. The drinks are good the food is amazing. The staff are there for you. Only downsize it can get abit to busy and they can struggle when it does.

Location is very nice. Rooms are very comfortable & I didn’t expect the standard to be so high for a pub ! My room had a bath and shower. I think this was the easiest check-in of me been teavelling for 5 years every week. The staff are very sound & responsive. The food is top notch. The music was very suiting. I live in Ireland & the Guinness was actually really good, I’d be happy if this was poured in my local. Can’t wait to stay here again. Fair play to all the staff. Can’t fault anything.

Decided to go to the Plough for an evening meal.Nice establishment.Ordered the meals, waited 50 minutes for the food. Not good enough.Only ordered gammon & chips and a fish cake with green stem broccoli. We had to order a side dish of new potatoes to go with the fish cake!Very expensive for what we had.Wouldn’t bother again.Shame.
