Good live music and cellar was cool

Great location, clean and pleasant staff

Everyone was very polite and courteous. The room was beautiful and perfect for my 2 night stay. Wish I had time to visit the bar below or enjoy the outside bands they had every night. Great place to stay and get a feel for Hermann.

Hermann is an adorable town with tons to do. The suite was perfect. Within walking distance from everything, cute as can be, very nice staff , and live music nightly. Perfect little trip

When we exited the train in Hermann at 5.25 pm everything was closed. We stood at the train station wondering where the hotel was. Its a small town so there were no buses, taxis, shuttles etc. I tried calling the hotel 4 times and it kept going to voicemail. We started walking and found a pub open and was able to get an idea of which way to start walking. We found the hotel within about a half mile. Okay not so bad. The hotel was fantastic. The folks were great, the rooms were great. They had their live music on the large patio from 6 to 9 pm. The bar downstairs is beautiful and rustic. The whole place was rustic and beautiful. I'll be back for sure. The town of Hermann is full of old historic places. Just looking at the buildings was amazing. I wished I didnt have to leave. The prices were high for everything. Water, soda, food...everywhere in town. The hotel gives you a free drink of your choice upon checin and a nice continental breakfast. Bicycle rentals are available and just walking around town to all the shops was nice.

Room was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Hermann. We immediately planned on booking our next stay!

I liked that they did have food that we could purchase. They had nightly entertainment. It was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the outdoor area with the live music and bar! Place is very roomy!

Had a wonderful time staying in our cozy place here!! Very accommodating for our wheelchair fried that joined us!! Live music was a great plus, and breakfast was awesome!!! The beds were super comfy!! The flower moon was happening that night as well, beautiful!!

We love the Hermann Crown Suites. This is the 2nd time we've stayed there and both times arrived by bicycles so it's great having the bike parking area and the downtown location.

Overpriced and understaffed. We were grateful to bring our puppy but definitely paid premium to do so. Felt ignored when arrived. Wanted a drink so walked down to bar and waited to get a drink like 20 minutes. There should be people dedicated to checkin and bar.

The location was perfect. The room was very dated and towels and bedding not great. Could not use the tv- thought battery in remote. The help gladly replaced and that did not help. Asked for someone to check it out and they did while we were out. Tv came on just froze couldnt use. Very nice staff,but rooms not the best. Stairs roped off and rotted couldnt use which would be so much quicker and easier.

Check-in was a breeze and the gal who checked us in was enthusiastically welcoming and completely accommodating. We loved our room, and its mixture of old-timey vibes and modern conveniences. Getting a suite at such an affordable price was shocking. I would start here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property and staff! We stayed in the spacious and lovely Victorian Suite. The hotel is nestled amongst shops, cafes, restaurants, live music and close to several wineries. We really enjoyed our visit and recommend this location.

We had a great stay!! The only piece of criticism would be is that we were kept up by the couple in the room next to us. We could hear everything they were saying through the walls. Even with that we really enjoyed the stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Our driver Jake was also great! We are already thinking about when we want to come back and stay here again!!!!!

Hermann Crown Suites was great! We stayed in the Soda Pop Suite and it was the cutest suite. 3 bedroom 2 bath, lots of room and so close to everything. Highly recommend!!!!
