This is not a 4 stars but a 2 stars hotel, the carpet was terrible, the room was ugly. The location is good to access the old city. There no available parking, but have a space near the hotel. The breakfast is correct, the person who serve a the breakfast she is wonderfull, always helpfull and smill, this is the only positive point.

Professional greeting on arrival. We had planned to stay three nights but could only stay for one. We didn’t book a flexible tariff but the staff was able to not make an additional charge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed for breakfast and there was a good selection. Good location for Troyes old town. Be aware that parking needs to be booked in advance for a charge of £12.

Amazing hotel and lovely Staff. Very good English and always willing to go above and beyond for every guest.

We stopped here for one night on the way to the Alps. It was excellent. The staff were genuinely exceptional. They were there for us for a very late check in (02:00) and smiling as if it was mid afternoon. The beds were really comfortable and massive. We were four in one room and there was plenty of space. Then breakfast was really nice. Simple but well done and the lady in charge just super helpful. We left with the impression that they really care. That’s increasingly rare these days. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us.

Great little hotel 20 min walk to medieval Troyes. Very convenient, clean, breakfast included and area is nice.

Good property for a short stay

Very nice front desk staff and my room was quite spacious and clean, but I would not have booked the room if I knew it was located some distance from the centre of Troyes. I did not like the idea of walking at night.

Basic hotel with small bar a short walk away from town. Beds and pillows could be better but fine for a day or two. Staff excellent

Ideal stopover to see Troyes. Short walk from hotel to town centre. Parking available and suitable for motorbikes, may need to book in advance. Special thanks to reception staff fir sorting for us as parking was full. Good breakfast provided and tea and coffee in rooms
