This hotel stay is in my top 5 for the past 4 years. The room was spacious and comfortable: luxurious beds, a love seat, modern decor, very clean; and a large bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub. After an excellent sleep, we enjoyed the cooked on site buffet breakfast - eggs, omelets, sausage, pastries and fresh fruit, all served on real tableware, not disposable junk. And the staff were very joyful and attentive. What a lovely stay!

Great hotel in a prime location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with our stay here we were greeted by friendly staff when arriving, we received a drink voucher, good for 1 alcoholic, or fountain drink along with our breakfast voucher. Our room was nice it had many accommodations was spacious and clean. I will be definitely staying here again the next time and I’m in Bellingham.

Advertised as breakfast included but you only got one day of breakfast. Breakfast options weren’t as reported by past guests.

The hotel was clean and looked well run. Everything in the decor looked modern and clean. The most impressive thing was the friendliness and kindness of the people behind the desk on both check in and checkout. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The only drawbacks I saw were the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, the water kind of fell out of the shower head, and the pull shade to darken the window was broken on one side making it difficult to open and close. I would gladly stay there again as it is a very nice facility overall and the people were great!!

Great stay

This hotel and its staff are very inviting. I was greeted immediately and checked in by a helpful and courteous young lady. Breakfast was quite good (some fresh offerings like French toast and omelets); and the dining area comfortable. My 6th floor room was quiet amd had a lovely view of trees outside. My only negative is because of a very strong cologne-type smell in my room. Upon opening the door, I immediately smelled it. Figuring it was cleaning products, i left my window open for several hours while I went to dinner etc. That helped, but during the night, it became apparent that the smell persisted. I only stayed one night, so changing rooms at that point not an option. I was assured that only unscented laundry soap is used, and no plug-ins ever used. Perhaps something in the vents? It seemed worse in the bathroom. I never did hear what was discovered. I would stay here again...but only if that smell was not present.

Nice place

We have stayed here multiple times on our visit to family in Bellingham. It has always been a great place to stay. The accommodations and amenities are excellent for the price.
