En general no fue lo peor o estuvo mal. Si recomendar que lleguen con un buen internet por que sino puede ser algo difícil la entrada.

Air con not always working making appartment very hot. Difficult to find appartment as no clear signage.

Property listed on Expedia shows a 4 star hotel. The actually room we were given was worse than 1 star. There was water leakage on the walls, stains or drapes, room was very dingy, lights didn't work, bath tub didn't drain properly. The website listing is very misleading.

Terrible check in instructions. Family of five had to wait to get the exact address of the property. We received several emails with wrong check-in instructions. Host did not answer calls. We missed the appointment because of the host’s lack of communication. Good location. Noisy apartment.

It was a bit difficult entering the room. Our code didn’t work initially. But we were able to call reception and they reset it for us. Great stay!

Pros: Location is great, rooms are big. Cons: Very cold if you go in the winter time, limited supplies of toilet paper we had to buy! Limited pillows and towels.

The place is not what they offered in the pictures. Elevator was not working and the double bed was two twin beds put together, they kept spitting out throughout the night

Excellent space, clean and convenient.

The place was clean, however there was no lounge seating in the living and dining area. The dining table was a high table with high chairs, so there wasn’t a comfortable place to sit and relax. It was also very noisy due to the busy location, and the apartment did not have proper soundproofing to block out the noise

The room is very old. The kitchen is in very poor condition. The walls are moldy. The shutter cords are wet. The toilet is very old. The bathtub is terrible. There is absolutely no internet. At first, they gave us a Wi-Fi network that didn’t exist. Then they told us about another one, but that didn’t work either. We couldn’t use the internet at all during our stay. Overall, the price–performance ratio is very poor. I was not satisfied at all. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The location of the building is good. Breakfast is served in a separate place on Gran Vía (a bit far), and that part was very good. The staff working at breakfast were very good.

I think the pictures were not accurate, the building and the room very old. I didn’t use anything from the apartment so I cannot say a word about it.

Very tiny bathroom, air con very old, noisy and kot efficient. Not sound proof at all. You could hear all the noise from outside, very frustrating. The communication from the host was not too good.

Check in was confusing, there no virtual check in and no breakfast either. The room was small but close to everything.

Great location, lived the room but we had lots of issues, first with check in, it took us over an hour trying to check-in then the codes were a problem pretty much every day, staff was helpful and nice but it was very inconvenient. They need to make check-in and easier process as we were not the only ones with the same issue, there was at least three other people with the same issue while we were there

Kitchen was fine but the "1 bedroom" apt is basically just a studio. No living room, just a bedroom with a TV and a tiny kitchen. No sofa, no living area. The entire place is super noisy, hardwood floors combined with paper thin walls so if the apt next to you is occupied, it will feel like you're in the same room with them

Location is good. Poor check in / registration process and check in was delayed by 1hr until 4pm without explanation. Room was ok, but dark and lacking atmosphere, There are much better options close by.

We loved our stay at Smartr Madrid Chueca. The location was easy to find and central/walkable to everything we wanted to see. The area is very lively in the afternoon and quiet, but not unsafe late at night. The staff was kind and quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. The place was clean and comfortable. We would book it again happily!

The manager was a phone call away. My flight in got cancelled and he made the arrangements to keep my room for the remainder of the visit. Will come back!!

Great place, have already stayed here twice, and would gladly do it again. They have a nice snack area, comfortable beds and GREAT location.
