We were stranded due to Typhoon Hagibis and the staff accommodated us for an extra night and looked after us brilliantly even providing a wonderful meal in the evening

Shimizu is a small town, peacefully good for relax. The hotel is near JR station very convenient, you can find shops around the hotel.

Hotel bit old, but very neat train station. Luckily I can see Mt. Fuji on that day :)

Clean Rooms, Courteous Staff, Excellent Japanese Style Breakfast, Shopping Mall, Fish Market, Shimizu Station nearby

The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was the best I ever had at a budget hotel. The Japanese style breakfast was better than the Western style. The room, however, was very old. The shower and tub had damage filled in with white putty. The carpets had been replaced by simply laying new ones over the moldy/stained old one. I could tell because it was too small and and extra piece had been laid over the gap, with some of the old carpet exposed in the corner.

Our experience here was exceptional. The hotel location itself is very convenient, located a 5 minute walk from the train station. The entrance is located within a unique outdoor shopping mall with a ceiling. Unfortunately we arrived at 10:30 pm when everything was closed, but this would be a cool place to explore in the day. The staff of the hotel was extremely friendly and very accommodating, even though we never forewarned them of our late arrival time. Additionally they were able to recommend an excellent ramen place nearby that was still open. The room Itself was slightly larger than the average Japanese room. The double bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The next day, the staff was able to help us ship my suitcase to my boyfriend's home, as we planned to attend a concert and could not take it with us. I imagine they would be able to offer a similar service between hotels. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality, customer service, and value of this hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone requiring a place to stay.

帰省の際に使わせていただきました。 荷物を先に預けた際、冷蔵品もありましたが冷蔵庫で保管してくださり本当に助かりました。 お部屋も広くて良かったのですが、小さくても良いのでテーブルと椅子が一つでもあると嬉しいです。 荷物を置く台などもない為、不便でした。

ベッドにコンセントが付いていなかったため 携帯で目覚ましをしていたのでベッドのほうに置きたかったのですが　携帯の充電をする必要があったためテーブルのほうでしかコンセントが無く　ベッドで充電出来ないのが不自由でした あと　部屋の照明が暗かったです

携帯充電器　貸し出しはあった? 駐車場はなぜ　無料ではないの? 疑問が多すぎる。

冷蔵庫に自分で作る製氷機ではなく機械の製氷機があればよかったです。 ホテルの敷地内の駐車場を利用しました。フロントに鍵を預けるスタイルでしたがチェックアウトの時に車を出しておきましたと親切心ですが言われ勝手に運転されたのが嫌でした。

スタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で、気持ちよく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。

駅近で周辺にお店も多く便利で良かった。

特別気になる点はありませんでした。スタッフの方も丁寧でした。車の案内もちゃんと外に出てきて案内までしたくれました。ありがとうございました。

古い以外は寝泊まりに困らない上、スタッフが親切で素晴らしい。

建物は年代を感じましたが内装は清掃が行き届いており清潔感がありました。 また宿泊部屋も清潔でとても広く快適な睡眠もとれました。 ありがとうございました。

駅から近くて部屋も綺麗でした。 部屋のドアの鍵の開け方がフロントで説明を受けたのですが、ちょっと分かりにくかったです。

トイレの水の流れが悪かったよ。

雨の中　駐車場まで出てきて下さりありがとうございました。 前回はコロナ禍に伺いまして、サッカー観戦の際は立地がいいのでまたお世話になりたいと思います。

くふうハヤテベンチャーズ静岡のキャンプ感染で利用。5階の部屋から富士山の一部が眺められました。風呂とトイレはユニットバスなので、古さと狭さは否めませんし、室内のテレビは大きさは小さくリモコンも使いづらい印象。ベッドの近くにコンセントもないのはマイナスと思いました。 このように、ややレトロ感はある施設ですが駅から近く清水駅前銀座に隣接してるので立地は便利。スタッフは総じて親切かつ丁寧でした。
