Was good clean & convenient yet secure

I love the room services

Comfort

The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant did not always have everything on the menu. Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee. This is likely because there were hardly any guests so they dont make a pot of coffee. However on a day they had an influx of guests, it magically appeared. Some basic items luke tuna sandwiches was not available though it on the menu. With minor adjustments they can guest experience better. We also pai cash for our meals. However when checking out, they gave us bills for 2 meals to be paid. We had to get restaurant staff come and verify that we in fact always paid cash. My adviceto guests would be to maintain your own copy of paid receipts if paying with cash. If you are using hotel approved taxi services, be aware that they change rates based on which staff member quotes you the price.. though the overall service was good at the hotel, i was disappointed with this inconsistentancy and felt we were being taken advantage of.

Ideal location for get around Joburg. Really nice hotel with a very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here next time i'm visiting Joburg.

Good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff were nice and I was even able to check in early, fantastic after a long flight. The entrance is gated which is for safety and I saw lots of hotels like that, but it made me uncomfortable about the safety of the area, but then I was told that’s what Johannesburg is like.

This is a designed to meet the needs of the customer. The staff work very hard to make you comfortable. Breakfast was great. I always felt safe there. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is risky, and you can't just go exploring

Great hotel with big and clean comfortable rooms. The restaurant is good too and it's next door to a shopping centre.

Exceeded all our expectations

Immaculate facility. Mall across street so we could leave the property and feel safe.

Nice place, clean, good shower but no wash cloths provided. Check in staff was excellent. Food was good at the restaurant but service was lacking. Server did not check on me the entire meal.

There was constant noise coming from the apartment complex across the street.

They were ever so kind and accomodating. The place is super clean and modern, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Will definitely return - truly awesome

Nice hotel, staff are friendly

The room was very modern and beautiful. It had that wow factor. Unfortunately, it was located in a difficult part of the city, so were advised not to venture out. Location is not great.

The staff was incredible. They were very knowledgeable about the area and have great advice. I used the Park Station which can be a bit of an issue and the area is a bit sketchy after dark.

Security guys were fantastic, always keeping an eye on me outside the hotel at the adjacent mall area. The manager Thuli was also helpful and genuinely interested in her guests getting the most from their stays.

Service was absolutely breathtaking ,the place is clean and have a sense of calmness to it.Their staff are friendly and always check on their guests. I always have an awesome safe stay 😊
