Check-in was a bit slow, location was a bit far from the station, but staff was friendly. Got 2 free americanos in each room.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, but a bit noisy at night due to the connection to the main road. The location to catch the bus to the airport is very convenient.

The most interesting part of the hotel service is the friendliness of the staff. They helped me to reach my destination by writing the location in Korean language so that it helps the driver to better understand the location. They are also so keen to have conversation and interested to have conversation with us.
