Older rooms in the soco tower was no good had to have a person come and fix the running water had no cold water

Bad signage outside directing for correct parking. Bad view from room. Good hotel but dirty casino especially restrooms.

There are no USB ports in the rooms. I could not charge my phone. Need cheaper food options that are sit down.

We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to explore fully. Everything was clean though.

Many food options to choose . More coffee bars are needed in the mornings. The lines are tremendous! The room was nice but wallpaper peeling and shower/tub looks worn around it. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Love the property. Love the casino. Love the event center and the concerts they have. Our room was nice. It was clean, spacious and quiet. However, it was extremely expensive(too expensive) for a standard room for one night. However, since it was an early birthday / anniversary celebration with the band that plays "our song" we splurged. We did enjoy ourselves though!

We had a wonderful time. My only complaint was we had to pay resort fees to use the pool and they closed the pool at 4:30 for a private party.

Had a great time at Whiskey myers concert, arena was set up perfectly.

The hotel was nice, but it was a maze walking from the parking garage to the lobby to our room. It felt like we circled the building! Food options were good at the casino, but bar drinks were expensive.

Great concert venue ! The hot water handle in the shower was broken 😟

Thismplace was somehow both too trashy and too bougie. Thenstaff tell you nothing, the whole expierence is a nuckle and dime night mare, amd slo-everyone hates you. So- have fun. I did not. I left one day early andnate the cost rather than stay one more night. What a worthless establishment. 76.00 for one buger amd a piece of cake!!! Shame

Room, bathroom and pool areas not clean and in disrepair

Everything was great except we didn't have a comforter. and the sheets were rough and scratchy.

Because of the size of the property, it would be a trmendous help to have a map of the layout of the hotel and casino. While at the casino, it would be wonderful if the rules for the games were made a little more clear. We had a wonderful time.
