Nice clean place

Room was basic but clean. Easy transport links to the city. Friendly staff.

The rooms were great, reminding me of American hotels. My French is awful but the woman at the front desk knew enough English to help me check in quickly. It is right at the Metro station so getting to the city center is fast and easy. The area around the hotel looks a little rough but the hotel itself is nice.

The hotel is so high-tech check in was difficult at first but so easy once you get the just of it. would recommend.

The property is located on top of the train station but there was minimal noise. The room size was ok, however there were no tea making facilities in the room. At breakfast there were no English breakfast tea bags, not every one wants to drink herbal tea. The room in itself was clean but the windows and toilet basin were not very clean. Overall staff were very friendly and accomodating.

As ever with B&B, staff were great and breakfast excellent. This hotel's a bit tired though, and the shower in my room was blocked so flooded. The area around is a bit rough - but it's near a train station in a large town, so not unexpected, and not at all unsafe. It's just there are nicer areas. It worked for what I needed though, and you get what you pay for!

So clean and Quiet !

We stayed there over Christmas night and it was uncomplicated. The area may not be the nicest but the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Had an issue with breakfast that was disappointing and was just very poor service. This was later resolved but I have no doubt if I had been French rather than British it would never have happened.

Very nice stay

Despite being unable to check in by the gizmo at the front door which cost me my stamps, I was impressed by this hotel. I was there for the cycling event and it suited our purposes. Rooms are very clean but small, excellent bed and shower. Parked about 200m from the hotel with no problems. Hotels.com reaLLY NEED TO SORT OUT THE CHECK IN PROCEEDURE

Was trying to book a hotel in Lille and booked this by mistake as it came up in my search and was reasonably priced. It worked out ok though and we were handy enough for public transport into Lille.

Rather new building in a central area with a friendly team. Clean rooms in a great condition for a very moderate price.

Stayed there to watch Tour De France. Receptionist was friendly with good english. Modern hotel. Parking seemed a little unorthodox and required improvisation.

Nice hotel for quick business trips. Located within 10 mins walk of Roubaix center. Room was small but cozy. Comfortable bed.

I stayed at this hotel on 21st Aug. The hotel manager was welcoming, the breakfast was good value and satisfying, the room was large and tidy. There was some roadworks being carried out in the street surrounding the hotel so parking was a bit tricky but overall a good experience

I didn't feel comfortable on arrival. There was no safe place to park the car and I would have been worried leaving overnight. With this in mind I drove off and found another hotel.

Great bed and very convenient for the station but local area not very nice at night
