Awesome job

Very satisfying and will stay again

Very nice and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was especially well done as was the coffee dispenser. Overall pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly, quick and efficient.

Comfortable stay

Our room was nice and clean but it was a little annoying having young kids running around in their wet bathing suits in the eating / lounge area and jumping on the sofas. We were down for breakfast at 08:00 am and two of the hot items, the cheese omelette and turkey sausage serving trays were empty and the two garbage bins in the dining area were full.

Loved our room, 323, except for two things. One, the drain for the bathroom sink. We could not open it and it drained very, very slowly. Two, we could not get one of the reading lights over the bed to work. Perhaps the bulb needed replacement.

I did not get the room I reserved. The room was still okay, however I had 2 babies under the age of 2 that needed bathed. The room I got had no bath tub. We were staying multiple nights there. The lady up front did not try to help accommodate us. It wasnt the cleaness hotel I have stayed in but it was not filfy either. The location was good. I felt safe where we were staying. The suites are not much larger than a regular room.

The check in was easy. The room was clean and beds were comfortable! Breakfast had a variety of items. Coffee was ground fresh!

When I checked in, no one was at the front desk. Me and a couple of people were standing around for 5mins until the employer came out from the back - granted it was 3pm and that’s when Check-In happens. Our Queen Suite was great. Roomy and exactly pictured as advertised. It was weird when an employer knocked in our door to “fix” a screw but my husband answered. It seemed like the employer was caught by surprised to see him knowing I was the one who checked in our room. Pool was great. The keycard didn’t work but people already in there let us in. We weren’t the only people who had trouble entering the pool. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast buffet was ok. It was complimentary so I can’t complain.

Overall, the facility was fair. The room was nice, but the bathroom floor was very sticky (I had to wipe it down myself & it was still a bit sticky). The shower water backed up like bath water when taking a shower & breakfast was not so good. Overall, I was a bit disappointed because I had a totally different & great experience at another Holiday Inn Express in another State and the staff at the one in Toledo were Ok. I really wanted oatmeal for breakfast and it was so watered down. It was also very noisy outside and above our room very late; making it difficult to go to sleep. We were there for my Son’s graduation so we made the best of it

We had only a one night stay. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm at 80 degrees and the room thermostat did nothing. in the morning we discovered a water leak coming from the base of the bathroom wall when the shower was used. It drenched the entire entryway and about 4 feet of carpet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious! I would definitely recommend it.
