Parking can be a bit difficult as it involves circling the pedestrian street several times before finding a spot, and it seems to be shared parking with the commercial buildings.

Overall, it's good and usable, with only a minor issue adjusting the air conditioning.

This was my first stay and I was very impressed. The room looked great. I stayed in a room with a view, and it was very clean. If you like dimly lit rooms, this is the place. The counter staff were lovely, friendly, and always smiling. The housekeeping was excellent, and the air conditioning was very cold. It was fantastic to get such a great room for under 100,000 baht.

Great location, very convenient for travel. I always stay here when I'm in Chiang Rai.

The room was clean. It was easy to find food in the morning, and it's close to the clock tower, within a comfortable walking distance.

The lighting is a bit dim, but overall it's okay.

The lighting is completely dim, there's just a lamp shining on something I can't identify. The mirror is also scratched. Things like this shouldn't be kept in a room.

I booked 2 rooms and couldn't do anything with the app that I booked with. The hotel kept citing the app - the app kept citing the hotel. We had to lose the room for nothing. It was useless to use it. 🥴

In our opinion, there is no privacy and no security because there is a connecting door to the room. It is not okay at all because the lock on the door is not strong. It is even worse when we asked the staff. The staff said that there has never been an incident. In our opinion, do we have to wait for something to happen first? Let me tell you, this is the only time I have used the service here.

ราคาถูก ที่จอดรถเยอะ อยู่ใกล้ร้านค้าต่างๆ แต่อยากตำหนิ เนื่องจากห้องจะมีประตูเชื่อมกัน และผนังบาง ทำให้เสียงจากภายนอกเข้ามารบกวน วันนั้นเข้าพัก เวลา7 โมงเช้า!!!!! แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดกลุ่มหนึ่งได้เริ่มพูดคุยกันเสียงดังในห้องพักที่ไม่มีคน เปิดปิดประตูเข้าออกหลายรอบ ย้าย ลากข้าวของเสียงดัง ชนประตูเชื่อมห้อง พร้อมพูดคุยและหัวเราะกันเสียงดังแบบออกรส โดยไม่คำนึงถึงแขกที่เข้าพักว่าจะก่อความรบกวนหรือไม่ เข้าใจว่าต้องเร่งเคลียร์ห้อง แต่ทางโรงแรมควรกำหนดเวลาทำความสะอาดว่าไม่ควรเช้าเกินไป หรือหัดเกรงใจผู้เข้าพักบ้างว่าต้องการการพักผ่อน !โรงแรมควรอบรมมารยาทด้วย ไม่ประทับใจมาก!

เตียงค่อนข้างแข็ง รู้สึกได้ถึงสปริง ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น และมีเสียงดัง ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงจากข้างห้อง

เป็นที่พักที่ใกล้หอนาฬิกาเชียงราย เดินไปแป๊บเดียวถึงค่ะ อยู่ในตัวเมือง สะดวกสบายมากๆ ค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ไว้ไปเชียงรายอีกก็คงเลือกพักที่นี่ค่ะ ☺️
