Room has been updated, particularly the bath. Two lights out. No USB ports. 4 really good pillows. It’s an old Route 66 location, so it shoes its age but in good repair.

We had a lovely stay here! If you don't mind the train noise, the property was clean and the lobby was very unique.

Clean, but in a questionable side of town. Lots of security measures to help you feel safe. Located a block from the train tracks with lots of fright trains traveling all night long.

Reasonable and welcoming

The owners were very nice, very accommodating, and I felt safe staying here. The continental breakfast was... mediocre at best, just coffee and cereal or toast. The room was clean enough, but hotel rooms with carpet are always dank and dingy feeling and all the furniture was worn.

Royal Holiday was kind of a mixed bag. Pros: Very polite office staff checked me in. Room was clean, and ZERO bugs in the room or the entire property. Cons: Place is outdated. Older motel which has been kept up. Beautiful furniture in our room. Nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV got lots of channels. Refrigerator was great with a little freezer for our blue ice to refreeze

We were chanrged a fee for the service dog they said they did not care if we wanted the room we had to pay it ...the phone ,fridge,and air did not work

I did not enter a room as advertised! False advertising. It was anything but what you see. The so-called "King Size Bed," was very uncomfortable and it was basically a queen size bed over two twin sized box springs.SMH!!!

Very clean. Comfortable. It's older. When I put a towel on the bath room bar, the bar fell. Breakfast was sad. Only cereal and bread. Nn

This hotel is just fine for people passing through. Great price and clean. "Breakfast" is cereal and toast, coffee and juice.

Very nice stay, comfortable clean room, nice breakfast, very nice couple that ran the place and an incredible 15 year old plant in the office that's worth the stay alone.
