A laundry pole in the bathroom is so nice!

This was more of a stopover during our trip so we didn't really explore the area - It was just for the night and we totally enjoyed our rest here.

It is suggested not to serve the breakfast, only bread with butter… Overall, it is great and excellent CS skills.

There was some noise when other people take showers or use toilet or some noise from boilers Except that noise, others are good

The 5 year old hotel is about 30 minutes driving time from Saga and the rate is cheaper here. It is a wonderful hotel for an overnight stay on our way back to Kumamoto to return our rental car.

The service staffs are very polite and helpful.One of them even recommended us where to have our dinner and place of interest.

The staff was seriously so welcoming and went out of their way and above and beyond to help me whenever I had a question.

Good for self drive. Service is good and warm. Room is small and no restaurant around.

The staff are very friendly and speak English well. On arrival, they welcomed me very kindly. When I checked out, the assistant manager and I chatted, and he showed me a shortcut to the bus stop. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including local specialties of Kyushu. The dining room had nice tables and chairs and drapes. It was very relaxing.

The hotel provided sufficient parking space. The staff was nice and helpful.

make you feel comfortable, very nice have automatic machine free for the hot coffee & ice or hot green tea 24hrs.

集合時間が早く朝食は食べれないかなと思っていましたがスタッフの方のご配慮で30分早めて頂いて食べて出発する事が出来ました　ありがとうございました

朝食がとても良かった

何回か宿泊しました　建物は年数が経っていますがスタッフの方はいつもお客さんの要望を聞いて下さるのですごく助かります

チェックイン後の部屋がエアコン入ってないので、それだけが。あとはとても良い。

シングルユースでしたが、広々とした室内でした。

エアコンの効きがよくなかった、鍵を抜いたらエアコンも切れる。
