Charged double what was quoted by you. Despite previously contacting the property in regards to travelling with dogs this became an issue at check in. Connecting rooms but connecting doors locked. Made to feel as if we were the issue. Two small rooms not the quadruple room that was booked.

It was good, room was clean and service was good.

The staff was most accommodating and courteous. The room waa not very clean. The trash had not been emptied from previous guest. There was crumbs on the floor and on the table. The sheets were clean and crisp though. I would have left had it not been for the front desk staff!

Was good for 1 night with my family 👪 of 5 , next morning we had breakfast 😋. Thank you again.

Easy 5 euro parking, friendly staff, comfortable room. Chinese buffet across the street recommended by clerk was nice. Waiter announced wine and poured then waited for me to taste it. Viva la France!

Had a great stay for a week here in a normal single apartment room with double bed. The room was very well-maintained like new and also had a nice kitchenette with amenities. Hot water, free wifi and ample parking space as promised. A cleaner came everyday to clean and arrange the room and changed all towels, soap and bedsheets. The window could be opened for fresh air or closed and blinded with a curtain as required. The receptionist was helpful and spoke English which is a bit difficult to find in Lyon. The surrounding Dardilly region is beautiful and quiet, good for a walk and some exercise in clean air. Nearby are farms and woods and you can see the Alps. There is Auchan supermarket at 10-15 min walking distance in Port de Lyon and TCL bus connectivity on routes 3, 89 to the city center. No hassles, no extra payment or tipping was expected. Overall a very pleasant experience and will like to stay here again.

Andre gæster fik adgang til vores værelse mens vi ikke var til stede. Det resulterede i en åben dør da vi kom retur! Vores værelse kunne have være blevet tømt! Sengen var ødelagt. Der var ingen aircondition. Vinduer/døre skulle lukkes med magt. Ellers et roligt sted og ok morgenmad hvis der ikke havde været ovenstående problemer.

Chambre très propre et agréable.

Chambre très confortable et très bien équipée (mini-cuisine). Parking fermé (intérieur ou extérieur) en supplément. Le petit déjeuner est moyen mais pour le prix payé il n'est pas possible de ne pas être satisfait.

Très déçu. Pas de wifi , enregistrement complexe, impression d'être à la soupe populaire pour petit déjeuner. Pas de place assise j'ai du rester debout.

Conforme à ce que je recherchais : un Hôtel propre et facile d'accès pour 1 nuit. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
