Staff are friendly, but the restaurant for lunch just had only pork and vegetables on the menu. But we don't eat pork. Our breakfast was good, but on the last day, there was a tourist group, and there were not enough tables.

Just my opinion. 1. The reception hall has no air conditioning. 2. The cable TV in the room is too outdated. 3. The gym is shared with the lobby of building 2, no partition, hot, old furniture. 4. There are no pool towels available, have to go to the reception to sign and borrow, the rest is ok.

Hotel staff put guest motobike stucked inside other cars and lazy to get it out. Reception is not clear about late check-out rate. They said 30 % of a night rate but when I check out, they said 30 % of their based rate, not my booking rate. Kind of taking money as much as possible from customer. Average is average for the price. I would avoid this hotel for their service.

Quality of temporary rooms. Poor food. Probably the low season should not be focused. Managing female smoking in the work area. The house keep arbitrarily using the master key opens the door of the living room while it is necessary to knock on the door three times.

I bet because of being late, have to choose Ocean Pearl, but everything I feel good, even good. Beautiful, comfortable room. Each wifi flicker, many times have to use new LTE network.

Staff enthusiasm and very good help request of guests. Breakfast �� la carte, serving good full food. The outdoor pool is quite large and beautiful. Rooms are clean, but the equipment in the old room, old style.
