Small boutique hotel in a quiet street a few minutes from a main underground station. The furnishings were in excellent condition and a very comfortable bed gave a good sleep. A chair in the bedroom would have been appreciated but overall there was no other issues. A friendly welcome at reception and attentive staff in the restaurant capped a very pleasant stay.

The Hotel was clean, and well-decorated. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was well appointed and decorated, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Only criticisms were the rooms were hot (A/C was disabled for the season and there were no other fan options), and the water temperature in the shower often fluctuated between icy and scalding)

This hotel has for me the most comfortable beds in Prague. It is one of my favorite hotels but I have to say I was very disappointed by the check-in and check-out experience this time around - arrived late at 10:30pm and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the reception and the same thing happened in the morning when I had to leave for a meeting with my client and nobody was there for my checkout. This for a 4star hotel like this is not OK from my perspective. Someone always has to be at reception or just leave a number there or something. I love this hotel but please fix the check-in/out experience, it was not up to your standards.

The horel staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a leak in the room below and they had to access it from the bathroom in my room. They more than made up for the inconvenience, moved me to a better room, offered me additional perks etc. This is a great hotel, very comfortable and is close to everything. Stay here, you will love it!

Would definitely go back to this hotel. It is very nice and upscale. Breakfast was very flavorful. VIP access was not offered to us. The upgrade was not offered either.

Staff were very supportive, friendly and tried really hard to be helpful. We were very comfortable and rooms were always very clean.

This is a good hotel in a decent location. It doesn't sit in the centre of town (not a bad thing in my opinion) but is within walking distance of the old town and has a tram stop very close by with regular trams that cost very little. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable...I even had an unexpected balcony! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and quick to acknowledge you. They were also very helpful. There has been a mix-up with one of the bookings in my party, and this was quickly resolved by reception. The only negative point appears to be a hotels.com issue rather than the hotel itself, as when asking about the "free beverage" promised in the booking, I was told that the hotel doesn't do this. When I raised this with hotels.com, they were quick to offer compensation, but to my knowledge, the offer is still shown on the booking page. But this is a very minor point. In summary, if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Prague, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but with good transport links back and forth, then this is the perfect place to book.

Quiet out of the centre location, easily accessed by tram. Surprised to find door locked early afternoon but quickly answered. Well fitted room, fast and efficient staff. I'd consider staying again.

Beautiful hotel but was disappointed by a few things - Not able to sleep properly due to noisy pipes and other noise from the building - Double beds do not have double sized duvet - the hotel only offers 2 single size duvets - Massage room is a cupboard - Curtains are not black out as advertised - On a positive note the staff are very friendly and happy to answer questions eg how to get around via tram

Excellent property and excellent stay. If coming back to Prague, The Fitzgerald will be my hotel of choice. Great staff and management that are dedicated to making everything just perfect!

Hotel was okay, with a good breakfast, difficult to use showers, and house keepers who went out their way to not clean my room.

Everything was great except for the "fitness room" where basically nothing functioned properly and was very small and largely unusable.
