Room was very warm and no adjustment to the heat was possible. Refrigerator in the room was not working.

Worst hotel ever,bad service nothing like the photos,tiny rooms that smell bad ,could hear people nxt door talking, toilets flushing. Absolute froud. It meant be 4star hotel what a joke.

Very noisy hotel next room been fight all night I rang reception about that fight also some hotel workers not very friendly only two staff friendly who working night shift especially blonde lady who working day shift she was not friendly at all I was scared to ask her my room key l don’t recommend anybody I never stay again

Nice city and good hotel staff ...they speak english at least and u derstandable even when u have a problem. as i booked using ebooker.com and its blocked in turkey and the staff were very understandable and work it out somehow .

I purchased 12 days of stay at Doga Residence Hotel for my wife for her US visa. She travelled alone, but had a very safe and pleasant stay at Doga Residence thanks to the kindness and friendliness of its great staff and management, especially Mr Mustafa who helped us with all our various requests and was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to those travelling to Ankara.

I purchased 12 days of stay at Doga Residence for my wife, for her visa appointment. Although She travelled alone, she had a safe and pleasant stay. Hotel management, especially Mr Mustafa was very helpful and sincere in assisting us in multitude of our miscellaneous requests. I definitely recommend this hotel and am very grateful to Mr. Mustafa for his great customer service.

Small room WiFi bad

Very good area

Even when you put the make up this room sign up they rarely did it before 2 or 3 in the afternoon. When the light in the bathroom was flashing and dying and I showed the maid who said it would be fixed nothing was done until I complained to the front desk later that evening.
