Very friendly staff, delicious food, close to the city center.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and offered a variety of food and drinks, even though we politely refused.

Strategic location close to culinary places and offices

The location is strategic, close to all kinds of snacks..friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean, fragrant rooms, and quick to clean..too bad the pool area is always muddy, I'm afraid it's slippery..

The hotel is comfortable and in a strategic location.

This is the first time our family stay here. We can say that maybe this is the best hotel so far, in their level surely. Did not expect that the room was so spacious and the amenities is great. Very attention to the detail where other hotels are trying to reduce the amenities, Four Points still prioritizes comfort for customers. We really appreciate that. It's gonna be our favourite while in Bandung and we'll come back for sure. Keep up the good work!

the room is spacious with a view of Bandung, the hotel is clean, the staff is super duper friendly and pleasant, during breakfast the children are also happy because the staff helps them make toy shapes from balloons. the food is delicious and varied.

All is good enough, but the lobby for pick up and drop off is a bit small and needs attention.

Pros: the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful regarding extra bed requests. Cons: parking and lobby drop off are very limited.

The room smelled of cigarettes. Asked to move rooms but couldn't, they said it was full. They said they would treat me but I went back to the room and it still hadn't been treated.

Recommended, if you go on holiday, come back to this hotel.
