The room was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and excellent. I would definitely choose this place again the next time I'm in Hanoi.

The room was nice and quite comfortable for easy-going people like us. The soundproofing wasn't great, but it wasn't a problem. The room was cleaned and the linens changed daily. The bathroom had hot and cold water.

I read a lot of reviews so I booked but the room was terrible compared to the price, the wall was dirty because I accidentally touched it and it was slimy, the faucet/toilet was yellow/rusty. The bed had a lot of dust, it smelled bad when I entered, especially the slippers in the room when wet had a terrible sour smell. Bad experience

The hotel is located near the center, quite easy to find. The staff is friendly, supports early check-in 1 hour. The room is spacious, the interior is good. The check-out procedure is quick, no need to wait to check the room.

The room is small, the soundproofing is not really good, the bathroom curtain is thin, whether it is covered or not.

The hotel is dirty. The toilet was covered with moss, it looked horrible, the ceiling was low, the room was foul, the cabinets smelled, the windows were fitted with an air-conditioner unit outside, so it opened when hot air came into the room. Run away in the night. Only love you very polite, lovely & enthusiastic receptionist. Thank you.

Clean room. Staff speak very softly. And if the advance notice can be late (this is my favorite)

Great hotel! The Room is very clean and new. The bed is comfortable and the Staffs are helpful and friendly.
